Herbal Journey MassageThis heavenly experience features a gentle Thai massage complemented by warm compressions with steamed cloth-covered herbal infused balls for maximum relaxation.

AshiatsuThis deep pressure therapeutic massage is achieved by a massage therapistwho balances above the massage table to knead and soothe muscles with their bare feet.

The body is exfoliated with a lavender body scrub, followed by a lavender shea butter body mask. While wrapped in warm linens, enjoy an invigorating foot and scalp massage. Your skin will be soft and your senses renewed. Complete the treatment with a cup of lavender tea and a gift to enhance your aromatherapy journey.

Contouring Marine Body WrapThis seaweed body mask rich in iodine utilizes an effective combination of marine active ingredients which encourages the elimination of cellulite and redefines the figure. Enjoy a full body scrub along with a foot and scalp massage while warmly wrapped. Contouring cream and moisturizingbody milk are later applied to hydrate skin. A series of six treatments will optimize overall results.

Marine Detox Mud WrapThis self-heating marine mud soothes tight muscles, joints and tendons. The mud wrap is complete with a refreshing shower and an application of rich body cream. This treatment leaves your body clean and polished. Includes a full body scrub, foot and scalp massage.

Jasmine Flower WrapWarm jasmine oil and a soft powder of organic grains exfoliate the skin. A mask of whipped jasmine and shea butter cream hydrates the skin while wrapped in warm blankets. Q: How early should I arrive for my treatment?

A: Please arrive 30 minutes or more prior to your scheduled treatment timeto allow time to prepare for your appointment and enjoy complimentaryaccess to our Spa facilities. This includes usage of the locker room, relaxationlounge, steam, sauna, indoor pools and seasonal outdoor pool.

Q: What is The Spa at Ballantyne’s cancellation policy?

A: Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance for any changes or cancellations to avoid being charged in full. Spa packages require a 48 hour-notice for cancellation. You will be charged the full cost for any late cancellation or no-show appointments. Wedding group spa services are finalized two weeks prior to scheduled appointments.

Q: What if I am running late?

A: As a courtesy to our guests, all appointments begin and end on time and arriving late will result in an abbreviation of your service time.

Q: Are tax and gratuity included in the price of my service?

A: Tax and gratuity are not included in our pricing. To provide a seamless spa experience for our guests, a 20% service charge will be added to all services and packages. Gratuity will be distributed to your providers.

Q: Where can I store my personal belongings?

A: The Spa will provide a private locker to store your possessions. We request that you leave your valuables at home or in your hotel room safe. The Spa is not responsible for broken, lost or stolen items.

Q: Do I have to disrobe entirely for my spa treatments?

A: Upon check-in, you will be given a robe and slippers to wear during yourvisit. Our therapists are trained to drape you discreetly and to respect your privacy at all times, only exposing the portion of your body that is being treated. Please feel free to undress to your comfort level.

Q: What is the age requirement to enjoy spa services?

A: Guests must be 16 years of age or older. Children under the age of 16 are welcome every Monday – Wednesday.

A: Our Group Spa Coordinator can assist you with customizing a variety of programs. From hosting spa parties to providing wellness seminars, The Spa can help plan a memorable event.
