Notes 1. Score the Rich Razzleberry card stock at 4¼”. Then fold and

crease for the card base. 2. Score the Tempting Turquoise card stock at 4¼”. Then fold

and crease for the pop-up. 3. Place the Balloon Pop-Up at the crease and centered top

and bottom. As you place them on the Big Shot, be sure the whole Framelit fits on the base so it doesn’t get jammed. Fold on the score lines and crease with the Bone Folder.

4. Punch the top and bottom ends of the Tempting Turquoise card stock with the Sprinkles punch.

5. Place the same Framelit on the smaller Whisper White card stock and cut out the banner. Trim the ends on the score marks and trim off strings.

6. Place the stamp Let’s Celebrate on the block, curving to match the banner. Stamp on the banner with Rich Razzleberry ink.

7. Stamp Here’s to another year full of adventures in Rich Razzleberry ink at the bottom of the larger Whisper White card stock.

8. Mask the ends of “another” and “year” with sticky notes. Stamp the balloon strings in Crushed Curry with the bottom of the strings near the bottom of the card stock. Remove the sticky notes. You may want to stamp the confetti on the card in Crushed Curry.

9. Cut out the two balloons each from the center of the Tempting Turquoise card stock and from the Crushed Curry card stock. Also cut the small bow from the Crushed Curry card stock.

10. Punch one balloon from the Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer Paper with the Balloon Bouquet punch.

11. Punch the scraps of the Dazzling Diamonds and Crushed Curry with the Sprinkles punch.

12. Adhere the ends of the Tempting Turquoise pop-up inside the card.

13. Adhere the balloons, bow, and banner cutouts. 14. Adhere the Dazzling Diamonds and Crushed Curry sprinkles

into some of the punched ends. 15. Adhere the Tempting Turquoise to the card front and add the

Whisper White layer. Add two remaining balloons with thin slices of Stampin' Dimensionals.
