The 2021 Puerto Rico Digital Trends Study will offer valuable statistical data about thedigital and mobile behavioral changes of Puerto Rican consumers during the pandemic.Since 2005, this type of study has been commissioned by SME Puerto Rico to EstudiosTécnicos, Inc. The questionnaire is revised on an annual basis by the SME DigitalCommittee to keep strengthening its content.

This Study is done with a probabilistic sample of more than 600 people representative ofPuerto Rico’s population by gender, age, geographic region and socioeconomic level. ForMarketing, Advertising and Media professionals, it provides vital information whendeveloping digital strategies, among the data included are:
