• Linked directly to the F-P/T Ministers’ of Sport, Recreation and Physical Activity:– The Canadian Sport Policy– Healthy Living Strategy

• Two components:– Sport – Physical Activity

ACTIVE2010 Ontario Trails Strategy

• MHP: lead Ministry for trails; co-ordination of trail issues & policy development/ planning

• Through consultation, developed an Ontario Trails Strategy (part of ACTIVE 2010).
