1Ti 6:12 (AMP) Fight the good fight of the faith; lay
hold of the eternal life to which you were summoned
and [for which] you confessed the good confession
[of faith] before many witnesses.
The First foundational key to winning the fight of faith is to
know by revelation that Jesus is God.
Mat 16:18 And I say also unto
thee, That thou art Peter, and
upon this rock I will build my
church; and the gates of hell
shall not prevail against it.
The second key to winning the fight of Faith is knowledge of
the word of God which is the will of God!
The third Key to Fighting the fight of faith is winning in the battle Field
of the mind.
2Co 10:5 Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that
exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into
captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;
The forth Key to fighting the fight of Faith is find a promise from God’s
word & Stand on it!
There are many promises of God in the Bible the actual number has
been estimated from 365 to 6000 promises. One person once said
there are 32000 promises in the bible but I said to them that's
impossible because there is only 31,102 verses in the bible. The fact is
that God cannot lie and thus every time He says He is going to do
something it can be counted as a promise.
The old hymnal song about God’s promises says it best.
Standing on the promises that cannot fail,
When the howling storms of doubt and fear assail,
By the living Word of God I shall prevail,
Standing on the promises of God.
Promise- A verbal or written commitment by one person to
another agreeing to do (or not to do) something in the future. To
make declaration of or give assurance of conferring some good
or some benefit; to pledge or engage to bestow, to covenant.
1Ki 8:56 Blessed be the Lord, Who has given rest to His people Israel,
according to all that He promised. Not one word has failed of all His
good promise which He promised through Moses His servant.
God has a perfect track record concerning his promises
Under the Old Covenant the main promised he promised was to send
the messiah to save us and he has!
Mat 12:18 Behold my servant, whom I have chosen; my beloved, in
whom my soul is well pleased: I will put my spirit upon him, and he
shall show judgment to the Gentiles.
Mat 12:19 He shall not strive, nor cry; neither shall any man hear his
voice in the streets.
Mat 12:20 A bruised reed shall he not break, and smoking flax shall he
not quench, till he send forth judgment unto victory.
Mat 12:21 And in his name shall the Gentiles trust.
Most people think that Salvation and Healing are a promise from God
but they are not. Salvation and healing were accomplished on calvary.
1Pe 2:24 Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree,
that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose
stripes ye were healed.
The only condition is to believe the Gospel.
Mar 16:15 And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach
the gospel to every creature.
Mar 16:16 He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that
believeth not shall be damned.
Saved-sode'-zo
From a primary word σω ς sos (contraction for the obsolete σα ος saos,
“safe”); to save, that is, deliver or protect (literally or figuratively): -
heal, preserve, save (self), do well, be (make) whole.
Our redemption was bought through the precious blood of Jesus.
1Pe 1:18 You must know (recognize) that you were redeemed
(ransomed) from the useless (fruitless) way of living inherited by
tradition from [your] forefathers, not with corruptible things [such as]
silver and gold,
1Pe 1:19 But [you were purchased] with the precious blood of Christ
(the Messiah), like that of a [sacrificial] lamb without blemish or spot.
There is another old Hynm that express this great truth!
Isa 53:3 (AMP)He was despised and rejected and forsaken by
men, a Man of sorrows and pains, and acquainted with grief and
sickness; and like One from Whom men hide their faces He was
despised, and we did not appreciate His worth or have any
esteem for Him.
Isa 53:4 (AMP) Surely He has borne our griefs (sicknesses,
weaknesses, and distresses) and carried our sorrows and pains
[of punishment], yet we [ignorantly] considered Him stricken,
smitten, and afflicted by God [as if with leprosy]. [Matt. 8:17.]
Isa 53:5 (AMP) But He was wounded for our transgressions, He
was bruised for our guilt and iniquities; the chastisement
[needful to obtain] peace and well-being for us was upon Him,
and with the stripes [that wounded] Him we are healed and
made whole.
Salvation and healing & deliverance can only be found in Him the
promised messiah!
Act 4:12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is
none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we
must be saved.
soteria-so-tay-ree'-ah
Feminine of a derivative of G4990 as (properly abstract) noun; rescue
or safety (physically or morally): - deliver, health, salvation, save,
saving.
Rom 10:13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be
saved.
God has made many promises in his word concerning everything
pertaining to life & Godliness.
2Pe 1:3 According as his divine power hath given unto us all things
that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that
hath called us to glory and virtue:
Life- Material blessings-Health, Food, clothing, housing, wants, needs,
desires
Godliness- Spiritual Blessings in the here and hereafter. He has given
gifts, annointings, dreams, visions, Revelations of his word, the power
of the Holy Spirit.
2Pe 1:4 Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and
precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the
divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world
through lust.
The Rainbow is a perfect picture of Gods promises for every believer.
In Gen 9:13 God promised to set his bow in the clouds as a token of his
covenant.
In Hebrew the word token means- אות- 'oth –oth –Token
a signal (literally or figuratively), as a flag, beacon, monument,
omen, prodigy, evidence, etc.: - mark, miracle, (en-) sign, token.
Aleph Vav Tav
The Leader Nailed To the sign
God sees every believer in Jesus Christ through the cross and all of
Gods promises are yes and so be it in Christ Jesus
2Co 1:20 (AMP) For as many as are the promises of God, they all find
their Yes [answer] in Him [Christ]. For this reason we also utter the
Amen (so be it) to God through Him [in His Person and by His agency]
to the glory of God.
Through the cross we have been made the righteousness of God in
Christ Jesus!
2Co 5:21 (AMP) For our sake He made Christ [virtually] to be sin Who
knew no sin, so that in and through Him we might become [endued
with, viewed as being in, and examples of] the righteousness of God
[what we ought to be, approved and acceptable and in right
relationship with Him, by His goodness].
God already gave us Jesus Christ his best gift so what blessing would
he with hold from us? The righteousness of God. None!
Psa 84:11 For the LORD God is a sun and shield: the LORD will give
grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk
uprightly.
Rom 8:32 He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up
for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all
things?
As a child of God you can believe that the Blood of Jesus has made you
worthy of all of Gods promises!
To stand on or believe for God’s promises we must have a Bull dog faith
and lock our Spiritual Jaws on his word because satanwants to rob us
of the benefits that were purchased for us on Calvarys cross.
Isa 43:26 (AMP) Put Me in remembrance [remind Me of your merits]; let us plead
and argue together. Set forth your case, that you may be justified (proved right).
Hos 14:2 (AMP) Take with you words and return to the Lord. Say to
Him, Take away all our iniquity; accept what is good and receive us
graciously; so will we render [our thanks] as bullocks [to be sacrificed]
and pay the confession of our lips. [Heb. 13:15.]
While were fighting the fight of Faith we need to take God’s Gos-Pills to
combat unbelief for what God has promised!
Pro 4:20 My son, attend to my words; incline thine ear unto my
sayings.
Pro 4:21 Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst
of thine heart.
Pro 4:22 For they are life unto those that find them, and health to all
their flesh.
Health -marpe ‘- curative, that is, literally a medicine, or a cure;
deliverance, - ([in-]) cure (-able), healing (-lth), remedy, sound,
wholesome.
We need to firmly fix God’s word in our Spirits and one way to do that
is to Meditate on it.
Psa 1:1 Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the
ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of
the scornful.
Psa 1:2 But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth
he meditate day and night.
Psa 1:3 And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that
bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and
whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.
Meditate- hagah-haw-gaw'
A primitive root (compare H1901); to murmur (in pleasure or anger); by
implication to ponder: - imagine, meditate, mourn, mutter, roar, X sore,
speak, study, talk, utter.
Jos 1:8 (AMP) This Book of the Law shall not depart out of your mouth,
but you shall meditate on it day and night, that you may observe and do
according to all that is written in it. For then you shall make your way
prosperous, and then you shall deal wisely and have good success.
