regional conference initiated by AIESEC

International gathering all LCPs in Asia

Pacific region. Following the huge

success in Mainland of China in

2011, ASIA PACIFIC LEADERS

SUMMIT 2012 is proudly organized

by AIESEC in Vietnam.

The financial crisis slammed traditional

business centres around the world.

However, Asia Pacific is still poised for

explosive growth and to become the new

world financial leaders. Presence in over

20 countries and territories, AIESEC in

Asia Pacific is taking great actions and

making social impacts on community and

is proving to be an integral part of this

emerging and outstanding continent.

Inspired by this vision, we, AIESEC in Vietnam, are proud to host

Asia Pacific Leaders Summit 2012, as being an initiative of

AIESEC in AP. With the participation of over 150 delegates from

20 entities, APLS is a great chance for all LCPs to understand our

existence and role to the world and AIESEC network, equip

operational strategies in leading an entity, create space for

connection and achieve AIESEC 2015 vision.

I. Introduction

Under the theme “INSPIRATION INSPIRES”, LCPs will

be equipped with practical knowledge and useful

experience in managing EB team and understand

their roles in network towards AIESEC’s 2015

vision. It’s strongly believed that this 5-day-summit

would be joyful and unforgettable memories for all

delegates from Asia Pacific region. Let’s come, learn

and enjoy AP Leaders Summit 2012.

APLS 2012 is going to be held in Ho Chi Minh city,

Vietnam from December 5th to 9th , 2012.

Conference Venue

II. Registration and Cancelation rule

REGISTRATION RULE

Only AIESEC Local Committee Presidents: Outgoing, Current and Incoming LCPs term 2013-2014

are eligible to join the conference.

The conference will have two rounds of registration:

First round: 26th Sept – 14th Oct, 2012

Second round: 15th Nov – 28th Nov, 2012

CANCELLATION RULE

Cancellation will be accepted and delegation fee will not need to be paid if registration is

cancelled before 24th November 2012.

Cancellation will be accepted and delegation fee will have to be paid a half if registration is cancelled

from 24th November 2012 to 28th November 2012.

28th

November 2012.

In case you do not pay the cancellation fee, it will be billed to your LC’s account invoice for the

Conference. CC will cooperate with MCVP Finance in each country to collect the fee

Fees:

Standard Delegate Fee: 190 USD

Damage fees: 20 USD (Pay in the 1st day of conference and all payment to be made in USD)

At the end of conference, if there is no damage caused the damage fee will be returned to each delegate.

How to submit fee?

CC highly appreciates the delegation fee to be submitted via Western Union, the details

are as follows:

1. Western Union: All payment to be made on USD

You need to submit fee for us within 10 days after receiving approval via email.

For any reason money is submitted later than 10 days, you need to inform us or else the approval will

be cancelled.

“Asia Pacific Youth Leaders Summit”: As the

opening activity of Asia Pacific Leader Summit, Asia

Pacific Youth Leaders Summit is a bridge between

Vietnamese top students, international youth leaders from

Asia Pacific and leading corporations. This event aims

a. Visa Exemption Who holding ordinary passports valid for at least 6 months are exempt from visa requirements.

b. What is tourist visa?

Tourist visa is issued at the Vietnamese diplomatic offices or consulates in foreign countries. It is possibly issued at the border gates to those who have written invitations by a Vietnamese competent agencies or tourists in the tours organized by Vietnamese international travel companies.

Normally, tourist visa is valid for 15-30 days. However, if you wish to stay longer, you can extend your existing visa once you are in Vietnam.
