    In PEB System a superior corrosion protection ofa thin coating of resin applied on the top of theAluminium Zinc coating make Galvalume sheet.

    Galvalume steel is a steel sheet product with ahighly corrosion resistance steel, aluminium zinc

    alloy hard dip coating.

    A clear organic acrylic resin coating is then

    applied & then thermally cured.

    A colour coating is given on the top surface for a

    bright appearance with a colour of thecustomers choice.

    The Galvalume sheet manufactured in theworkshop are colour coated & fabricated bycutting to required length & pressing to desiredprofile as per prepared drawings.

    The fabricated sheets & structural memberswere transported to the site of work within aperiod of one week after fabrication.

    The profiled sheets were positioned in roofing &cladding & fitted on to the structure using selftapping stainless steel screw with neoprene

    washer & then covered with PVC caps of thesame colour as that of the colour coated sheets.

    The roof monitor was also provided along withstainless steel bird mesh fitted in steel frame.

    The roofing system has 5 % of polycarbonatesheets for the natural day light pass into theworkshop specially ordered & manufactured tothe same profile as that of galvalume sheet.
