yes and no!!
•Increases – VMO payments are more than would be paid to long term permanent VMOs
•Decreases - locum costs, admin time, workforce instability, accommodation, rooms, infrastructure
•Other savings – decreased relative utilisation due to improved primary health care and continuity of service. Decreased community staff costs
