Access privileges determined upon verification of involvement in the Navy METCAL Program– Hard copy recommended by the lab, activity, or
program sponsor as an approved user– Proof of Contract with the Navy– Use of “navy.mil” e-mail address
Application information verified against:– METRL/NCA– Navy/Marine Corps White Pages
(http://sdiego.dir.navy.mil)– SYSCOM Managers’ records for applicant’s lab
or activity

E-MAIL MESSAGE Sent via automated e-mail
– Approval messages contain User ID and Password Conditions of Access Statement
