1. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL OBTAIN ALL NECESSARY
PERMITS AND APPROVALS PRIOR TO STARTING ANY WORK.
2. EXISTING UTILITIES SHALL REMAIN IN SERVICE AND IN
PLACE UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE. INTERRUPTION OF
SERVICE SHALL BE KEPT TO A MINIMUM ANDONLY WITH
THE APPROVAL OF THE ENGINEER AND CONTRACTING
OFFICER.
3. WORK SHALL BE PERFORMED IN ACCORDANCE WITH
APPLICABLE OSHA REGULATIONS.
4. CONTRACTOR TO VERIFY AND CHECK THE DIMENSIONS
AND DETAIL PRIOR TO THE START OF CONSTRUCTION. ANY
DISCREPANCY SHALL BE IMMEDIATELY REPORTED TO THE
ENGINEER FOR CLARIFICATIONANBD RESOLUTION.
5. CONTRACTOR SHALL EXERCISE DUE CARE AND DILIGENCE
TO AVOID DAMAGE TO EXISTING UTILITIES, STRUCTURES OR
OTHER SITE IMPROVEMENTS NOT DESIGNATED TO BE
REMOVED OR MODIFIED. ANY DAMAGE TO EXISTING
IMPROVEMENTS NOT DESIGNATED TO BE REMOVED OR
