“After having my bachelor’s degree, I got married and decided to be dedicated to my family. My husband was running boys hostel at Jamshoro and used to ask me to support him to open another hostel for girl students but I was reluctant to do so as my point of view was to have job after 16-years of education. My husband saw the advertisement of HEC training and insisted me to apply for training “Small Business Startups”. I applied and got selected in the training. During the training the tutors let us know the shift in policy of state from job seeking to job creation through entrepreneurship, launch of incubation centers nationwide. Besides this courses were very attractive and motivated me have home based business. After 02 months
of training, I finally decided to start a new business of female student hostel and currently I am running a hostel at Jamshoro and employed 02 persons at there.” Aifar Arooba
