Chaired this year by Dr. Audrey Cook, Dip ACVIM and ABVP (Feline Practice), this year’s Feline Forum will be held April 10 through April 12, 2015. The 15-hour lecture program covers various disor- ders, such as congestive heart failure, chronic kidney disease and hepatic lipidosis; the material presented will be up-to-date and immediately relevant to small animal practitioners. Lectures will be held at the TAMU Thomas G. Hildebrand, DVM ’56 Equine Complex, 3240 F&B Road, a beautiful new facility located about a mile from the College of Veterinary Medicine, with state-of-the-art classroom and meeting space. Attendance is limited to 140. In addition, two 2-hour wet labs will be offered on the afternoon of April 12th, so that attendees may complete 17 hours of CE in one week- end. Numbers will be limited, so early sign up is recommended. The labs will be held at the College of Veterinary Medicine & Biomedical Sciences building. Dental extraction lab (led by Dr. Bert Dodd, Dip AVDC) Cadavers (1 for each 2 participants) will be used to demonstrate routine feline dental extraction methods. Appropriate equipment will be available so that all attendees are able to practice the standard approaches under the guidance of a Board Certified Vet- erinary Dentist and an experienced technician. (Limited to 14 participants) Tube lab (led by Dr. Audrey Cook, Dip ACVIM) Cadavers (1 for each 2 participants) will be used to demonstrate the placement of esophageal feeding tubes, chest tubes and urinary diversion devices (pig-tail cathe- ters). Every participant will have the opportunity to place these devices with assistance as needed from Dr. Cook and the Internal Medicine Residents. (Limited to 12 partici- pants) Please note that this year’s forum is limited to 140 attendees on a first come basis.

Pre-registration is required for all veterinary continuing education conferences. Seminars are subject to cancellation when registration is inadequate to cover costs of the program. Registration at least three weeks before the seminar will help prevent course cancellation.

If cancellation is made on or before 5:00 p.m. March 27, 2015, a re-fund of 80 percent of the registration fee will be given. We are unable to refund fees for non-attendance or if your cancellation is received after that date. If the registrant is unable to attend we encourage an alternate to be appointed in their place in lieu of cancellation.

If you are arriving via Highway 6, take the University Drive exit and proceed west on University Drive. The street becomes Raymond Stotzer Parkway, at the first light take a right on Agronomy Road, take a left on F and B Road. The complex will be on the right at the inter-section of F and B Road and FM 2818.

If you are arriving via Highway 21, exit Highway 47 at the Riverside Campus. Continue on Highway 47 until it intersects with Raymond Stotzer Parkway (also Highway 60), turning left toward the main TAMU campus. Take a left on FM 2818, at the first red light take a right on F and B Road. The complex will be on the left.

Labs will be held at the College of Veterinary Medicine & Biomedical Sciences, 402 Raymond Stotzer Pkwy, College Station.
