    NgaturDuit.com NgaturDuit.com provides stress-free financial management services with the vision to

    educate people on the importance of Financial Planning and erase financial illiteracy. Currently, the

    features we provide are:

    4. Financial Notifications and Warnings

    5. Comprehensive Financial Reports

    6. Access personal finance management resources such as AFC seminar videos, articles, tips, news, and

    self-help guides.

    Market and Customers

    There are 230 million people in Indonesia; 85 million of them are adults. With less than 100 independent

    financial consultants in Indonesia, NgaturDuit.com can potentially reach those 85 million because

    NgaturDuit.com is supported in multiple platforms; NgaturDuit.com can be accessed via web, mobile

    web, and mobile apps.

    Looking through the social demography of our current users, we can categorize our target market into 3

    main categories:

    1. Professionals. Professionals are our ideal target market because they have a steady income and are

    willing to spend money on paying for tools or services that can help improve their financial condition.

    Also, professionals are exposed to technology development and will not require a high learning curve to

    learn to use NgaturDuit.com.

    2. Housewives. This demography is a logical target market because they often act as the financial family

    planner. Although we do not expect high direct income from this target market, their influence and

    mouth to mouth marketing is not to be underestimated.

    3. Young generation. Teaching financial education as young as possible is one of our beliefs. Also, if

    young people that still receive allowance from their parents can feel the benefits of using

    NgaturDuit.com from early age, we hope that they will want to use our premium services when they

    become professionals.

    We currently focus on cost efficient marketing strategies. Through social media and our networks, we

    are confident our marketing strategy will enable us to reach millions of potential users within a few

    months. We group our marketing strategy into two categories:

    1. Online Marketing. This includes Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media marketing (Facebook,

    Twitter, LinkedIn), Google Ads, Forum, Online Media, and Blogs. With partners that combines of more

    than 100,000 followers and fans on twitter and Facebook, we hope to be able to create a viral message.

    Api Perdana is an active member of the StartupLokal Community and can use their media access to

    promote NgaturDuit.com via various online media such as http://www.tekno.kompas.comand

    http://www.detik.com.

    2. Offline Marketing. Our marketing strategy is to utilize NgaturDuit.com's business network such as AFC

    and StartupLokal to promote NgaturDuit.com offline. From AFC, we are co-branding the NgaturDuit.combrand with AFC and AFC will promote NgaturDuit.com through their radio talkshow, seminars,

    workshops, and print media.

    Competition

    We have no competition, however 2 startups have just launched an alpha version. They are both still

    new and does not provide the same depth in feature and functionality. There are several similar

    international Websites, but we are different in the fact that NgaturDuit.com is custom made for

    Indonesian users with local content.

    Competitive Advantage

    1. Market Leader. We are the first online financial management application that focuses to Indonesians'

    needs.

    2. Pricing. We offer a free-mium business model. Basic financial management and planning tools are

    provided for free and this will be essential in growing our user base.

    3. Brand. We own the NgaturDuit.com brand and plan to co-brand with AFC which already has a physical

    presence in over 20 provinces in Indonesia.

    Innovation

    We combine the best financial services (both quality and price) available in Indonesia and automate itwith IT so that it is scalable. We are able to provide a whole wide range of services for either free orexceptionally cheap because of our innovative monetization scheme.We collaborate with otherindustries to promote their brand via sponsorship deals.

    Growth Strategy

    Our goal is to make NgaturDuit.com a user-centric application. New features and improvements will bedone based on what our users want and need. This makes users loyal and providing these services forfree will only be good for the growth of our user base. We are able to do this because our monetizationscheme is not dependant on the users of NgaturDuit.com

    Entrepreneur & Management

    Api Perdana and Adhityo Priyambodo have had extensive experience in the IT industr

    They have had successfully completed major IT projects before and are familiar with eother's strength and weaknesses. One of our success stories was during our first start

    together, as PT. Ametis Technology, is the Indonesian Domain Management System, n

    managed by PANDI. In 2005, Indonesia's Internet was at a crossroad with thedissolvement of IDNIC. Adhit (CTO) developed a domain management system and Api

    (COO)"sold" the system to the Ministry of Information with an ASP business model.

    Now Adhit and Api both run different companies and are more mature in their decisio

    making skills. To minimize cost, the current strategy is to subsidize the development o

    NgaturDuit.com by creating a joint operation. The total value invested in NgaturDuit.c

    so far is over $20,000. When NgaturDuit.com either starts to make money or receive investment, it will be rolled out as a new entity. Mimicking past successes, the roles o

    Adhit and Api in NgaturDuit.com are the same. Adhit focus on the technology and Ap

    develops the business model and monetization scheme.

    Although Adhit and Api are from different companies, integration is not an issue. Api

    full access to PT Indoputra's staffs (in relation to NgaturDuit.com) and Adhit too has f

    access to PT. Avevo's resources.

    Our business mindset is to always be open for collaboration opportunities with entitie

    that are beneficial to all parties involved.
