the occasion of 73rd Annual Convention to be held at Bengaluru from
9th 11th September 2014.

Technologists Association of India (STAI) is holding 73rd Annual
Convention and Sugar Expo from 9th 11th September 2014 at
Bengaluru. Nearly 1000 delegates both Indian and International,
which include high profile decision makers from the Sugar and
Allied Industries such as Managing Directors, Chief Executive
Officers, HODs, Purchase Officers, Directors and Scientists from

l STAI member companies advertising in more than two
publications will be entitled to 10% discount.
Conditions :1. All advertisements are subject to acceptance by
the STAI.
2. All orders and contracts can be cancelled by the STAI at its
discretion at any time on notice being rendered in writing.
3. No deduction is allowed from our advertisement charges on
account of alleged defective insertions. Claims on such account
will be adjusted at the discretion of the STAI by an extra free
insertion, if necessary.
4. The advertisement charges must be paid in advance.
5. Positive/CD of the advertisements will have to be either
supplied by the advertiser or the positive can be designed against
charges. Alternatively the advertisement matter can also be sent
via CD. Whereas every care will be taken to preserve the
positive/sketches/CD. No responsibility can be accepted for damage
or loss of block sketches/CD etc.
6. No guarantee can be given of a particular advertisement
appearing on a specified page. Every effort shall be made to meet
the expectations of the advertisers.
7. In case an advertisement ordered for a special place is
inadvertently placed at a wrong place, no extra charge for the
special position need be paid or if paid shall be refunded.
8. No particular page or place can be guaranteed to any
advertisement unless an extra charge is made for such special
position. Advertisements appearing at the beginning or in the
middle of the book alongwith reading matter will be considered as a
special page.
9. A voucher copy (only one) of the publication in which
advertisement has appeared will be supplied to the advertiser free
of charge.
10. Payments should be made by Bank Draft in the name of The
Sugar Technologists Association of India, payable at New Delhi.
11. In case of any dispute, the Court at Delhi will have the
jurisdiction to try the suit.
