We started our GIV-SP search for the current owner of N504ST in 2014 when he decided it was time to upgrade from his Falcon 50 to a larger cabin class aircraft. He had an extensive and challenging list of requirements with a very specific budget, and at the time, we really thought we might not be able to fulfill all of his needs. But after a labor intensive 15 month search appeared GIV-SP S/N 1255 and we immediately knew we had found that special aircraft which we were searching for.   Nearly fresh engine overhauls on JSSI, upgraded 150 APU on MSP, an MSG-3 aircraft with outstanding maintenance status, great ownership pedigree, and absolutely mind blowing cosmetics.   When we negotiated our contract with the Seller, he insisted that we take this aircraft to an Authorized Gulfstream Service Center for our Pre-Purchase Inspection. His reasoning was that the aircraft had spent most of its life going to only the top rated shops and he wanted to be sure that Gulfstream was the one that completed the PPI. We did a full ARCS at Gulfstream Dallas September of 2015.   This is the same owner that took the aircraft to Gulfstream Dallas TX in 2013 and basically had them gut the cabin and completely refurbish the interior with all new seat frames, LED Lighting, an Airshow 4000, International WiFi, Electronic Window Shades, and variety of other upgrades that are extremely rare to find in a GIV-SP.   Cosmetically I would rate this aircraft 8 of 10 for exterior and 9.5 of 10 for the interior. Not only is the interior in excellent condition, as if the refurbishment was just recently completed, but from a design perspective it will be one of the most stunning interiors one will ever see fitted into a private jet.   Everyone knows the big argument about todays GIV-SP market and current prices. “Why spend close to 6 million dollars for this IV-SP when you can find others in the market for mid to high 4’s”. The reality of that statement is that low priced IV-SP’s are priced this way for a reason, because they has some upcoming costly maintenance items due, aren’t on any programs, needs cosmetic refurbishment, or all of the above. I can assure you those GIV-SP’s don’t have the ownership pedigree, maintenance pedigree, maintenance status, the numerous upgrades to the cabin, and they definitely don’t have the cosmetic appearance of S/N 1255.   For a serious buyer who is looking for a beautiful, well equipped, and well cared for aircraft that he or she can just purchase and begin to immediately operate trouble free with absolutely nothing else to do but fly & enjoy the aircraft there is no other option in today’s GIV-SP market other than S/N 1255.   We thank you for taking time to review our very detailed specification sheet and photos.
