When our client and friend contacted us and asked him to list his Falcon 900B for sale, we were thrilled for the opportunity. As part of our standard listing process we always physically inspect and personally photograph each aircraft we list. We flew up to Gainesville Florida to inspect the aircraft and review all of the logbooks.   We were pleasantly surprised upon arriving to the aircraft. Paint, and really the entire exterior of the aircraft, is super clean and in great condition. The exterior lenses are new and clear, no crazing. The paint showed no signs of defect and had a great shine to it. The landing gear wheel wells were spotless, as was the gear itself and brake assemblies. The aircraft entry door and stairs are spotless.   As for the interior, yes it’s a bit dated in terms of its overall design, and some areas of the wood do have some imperfections. But for an interior this age its really in great condition. The leather is very clean and in great condition, the headliner and side panels are super clean, and everything in the interior works perfectly.   But without contention, the shining star of this aircraft is the pedigree. From a maintenance perspective all maintenance has primarily been Standard Aero Springfield or Duncan Aviation maintenance since new. Including the last 4C and 1C done by Standard Aero. The paint and interior done by Standard Aero. All of the avionics upgrades on the aircraft have been done by either Standard Aero or Duncan. And its no surprise, AlliedSignal, MidAmerican Energy, and Vanity Fair ownership from new to 2018. Everyone in the industry knows these are well known Falcon operators who never spare an expense on maintenance costs.   In terms of avionics, you have the NZ2000 version 6.1 upgrade for WAAS/LPV, the Rockwell Collins ADS-B Out Version 2, and TCAS version 7.1, along with the upgraded USB data loader. You also have AirAxxess Satphone along with ATG-4000 GOGO WIFI.   In terms of programs, you have MSP GOLD Engines & APU, as well as HAPP & CASP coverage for all of the avionics.   The aircraft is currently enrolled on a 135 certificate and flies 40-50 hours per month. From what the operators dispatcher and director of maintenance told us, this aircraft never misses a flight.   In a market full of neglected legacy aircraft, N900TE really is a shining star. Excellent maintenance status, outstanding maintenance & ownership pedigree, all of the expensive avionics upgrades, WIFI, and all of the programs. There is not even a close runner up in the legacy large cabin class aircraft market.
