PANATTONI PARK READING IS THE LARGEST LOGISTICS DEVELOPMENT CURRENTLY UNDER CONSTRUCTION IN READING.

The Park will serve industrial and logistics occupiers to

the west of London and in will be of particular interest to

those interested in last mile logistics to serve the most

affluent catchment in the Western Corridor.

Panattoni Park Reading is excellently located to attract a

high quality workforce with more than 1.3 million people

living within a 45 minute commute. Its location, directly

on the M4 at J12 gives access to over 65% of the UK

population and accessible by delivery vehicle within a

4.5 hour drive time. The Park provides direct access to

London to the East, and the Western Corridor and beyond.

For employees and visitors by public transport, Theale

railway station is an 11 minute walk of the Park. There are

32 London-bound trains on weekdays with the fastest

train taking only 40 minutes. Connections to Reading and

Newbury are also available. In addition for locally based

employees there is a bus stop close to the Park which

provides a further connection to and from Reading town

centre, running every 20 minutes at peak times.

Panattoni Park Reading is located within a 60 minute

drive to work time of major conurbations to the north

and south of the Western Corridor. This area extends to

Oxford and Aylesbury to the north; Swindon to the west;

the London suburbs around Heathrow Airport to the

east; Winchester and the environs of Southampton to the

south. Importantly the drive to work area includes the

conurbations of Watford; Hemel Hempstead; Wembley;

Woking; Guildford; Aldershot; Farnham; Basingstoke;

Winchester; Andover; Newbury and Salisbury.
