INTRODUCTION
Our factory was established in 1996 after studying the market and finding out that the future of everydaylife will be based mostly on plastic products.
Significant investment in modern methods and machines is going on, producing shorter delivery time, quicker responses to market and our clients demand, consistently high quality products.
Our skilled members of staff are working hard to satisfy the demand of our clients and be punctual withour contractual obligations.
We have started our production firstly satisfying the local market, but since 2000 we have startedexporting our products to other G.C.C countries (Kuwait, Oman…etc).
Our factory produces plastic products in many directions HDPE system: Irrigation of all sizes, and PPRpipes and fitting for cold and hot water. Also, we are producing UPVC pipes from 16mm to 630mm bothsolvent welded type, as well as rubber socket type. Our range includes pipes 6,10, & 16-bar pressure, which are manufactured according to international standard, which meet the market requirement (Din8062and ISO 161/1).
We have already supplied our above products to various government departments, through theirrespective purchasing departments, (Abu Dhabi Municipality, Ministry of Agriculture, PrivateDepartment…)
We have as well supplied to contractors through the local market for their works in building, afterobtaining the approval of the all above-mentioned departments.
On the other hand we have tested our products to follow the standard specifications, we found themgood (Al Futaim lap. in Dubai) and we have our lab for testing products before supply.
In our products we are using the poly vinyl chloride and HDPE and P.P.R. as raw materials. Theprocess of production starting from storing raw material then to mixing and compounding and finally toproduction line to produce following items :
a) PVC Pipes and Pipe fittings:Servicing the main water and drainage line systems.

1) For d = 10 to 50 mm: r = 2,5 d; for d = 63 to 450mm: r = 3,5 d.
2) As specified in DIN 19 532.
3) For d = 10 to 50 mm: Zk ≥ 2,5 d. tan + d.
For d = 63 to 450mm: Zk ≥ 3,5 d. tan + 0,4 d. rounded to the nearest mm.
For bends with integral sockets, Zk is equal to Zv. Otherwise, Zv = Zk + ts or Zv = Zk + tk.

We have succeded in establishing excellent relations with our majorcustomers and we try to satisfy their demands for additional varieties, once we makesure that the market will absorb the products to be produced from our additional investment.
If an outsider comes requesting any product out of our production line, we quote them alternativequantities, where in we depreciate our additional investment; contacts are initiated with customers inorder to determine their future needs. Because all of above we have a very good share in the local andinternational markets since we are trying to maintain our excellence.
The parts which available according to following the ISO management quality system andrequirements.
We apply suitable methods for monitoring and measuring the quality management system processes.
These methods demonstrate the ability of the processes to achieve planned results when plannedresults one not achieved, correction and corrective action and procedure are taken.
As appropriate to ensure conformity of the product, statistical techniques we used for this purpose. We ensure the purchased product conforms to specified purchase requirements, the type and extent atthe contents applied to the suppliers and their evaluation always we search for new completion supplierand new sources to minimize the cost of material and operation.
Cost of the operation and maintenance of the machinery and equipment and building and otherexpenses had been eliminating to good level by setting the corrective preventive maintenance schedulesand action survival and success require an ability to navigate the wilds of today’s ever – evolvingtechnology, conference and presentation of our products took place thought the year, at our holdingseminars or in their respective subsidiaries.
Quality also measured according to the international standard in this field Management Quality andProcessing Quality.

The sample is taken randomly to be checked so that we know the quality of our products enabling us
to know that our production process is going smoothly according to the standards.
We have our good transportation department where it supports us to get the good satisfaction from our
customers by delivering their goods in the specifide period of time .
Our strategy is to keep the minimum and the maximum stock to face the emergency requirement, on
the same time we keep the customer orders as schedule.
A respective and supportive relationship where they do support us with delivery schedules of our
orders.
Our Strength is mainly based on our quality, range of products, services and technical support and the
quality management system of our factory monitors information relating to customer perception whether
the organization has fulfilled the customer requirements, we have the capacity to facing the development
of plastic products in the same time we have good relation with the same field product factories and
international technical engineering organizations. Our weakness comes from the sudden supplies who
try to put a place for them in the market through the prices not through the quality. Our opportunity to
deal with good customers who understand the meaning of quality and support the industrial organization.
Our threat is that the level of the market goes down and looks mainly to the prices, and the not legitimate
competition.
