TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
The information contained herein is confidential and the
property of Warmington. This is subject to
change without notice. Revisions may be issued to advise of such
changes and/or additions. Quote is
subject to acceptance by'Warmington' contract
administration.
Warmington retains the right to revise the Quotation after the
Acceptance has been signed.

Terms used in this agreement are 'The Customer' referring to the
final consumer, or any party
purchasing goods on behalf of, or representing the final
consumer. 'Warmington' referring to the
supplier of goods. 'Warmington' is the manufacturer of products
sold. 'Installation Service' referring to
persons undertaking installation of appliance.
Credit return stocking fee : Returning Components in saleable
condition will incur a 50% restockingfee.
IfElectrical work, Gas fitting, Building, Bricklaying or
Installationis required, it will not be
included in quotation.
Components will not be uplifted from 'Warmington' until paid
for.
All Quotations are subject to final site visit by 'Warmington'.
A site visit is carried out at the discretion of
'Warmington' or at request of the Customer.
Customised components manufactured to custom specifications are
not transferable or refundable.
Quotations are valid for a period of14 days.
Plant hiring e.g. scaffolding, specialist tools for installation
not included in quotation.
Installation must be to manufacturers specifications. Trades
persons contracted to install appliance at
'The Customers' discretion. All fireplaces to be installed to
New Zealand Standards or 'Warmington'
specifications where applicable. A Registered installer will
provide a 'Producer Statement' as certification
of correct installation (Council Requirement). Any extra
components required for installation can be
purchased from 'Warmington' or alternatively, your chosen
'Installation Service'. All flue components
used must comply to installation standard AS/NZS 2918:2004
NOTE: You may encounter wind noise in some installations. It is
recommended to use an enclosed
chase with a chimney pot to help reduce noise. There will always
be some noise from the flue systems.
Downdraft and smoke entering into the home is a result of the
installationalong withthe design of the
building. The minimum flue height as specified by the
manufacturer may not be enough to ensure the
ideal performance in all situations. Additional flue and labour
to fit extra flue systems will be priced
according to each installation.
The Quotation of the required components has been assessed by a
trained Sales Tech. At the time of
the assessment all the data has been taken that was available to
them. Any additional data to aid in the
performance of the unitshould be supplied to the Tech by the
client. The information assessment that
supports the required components for the installation, is to the
best of their knowledge. Any additional
components and installation that may be required are the
responsibility of the client.
Permits are the responsibility of the client.
