Coordinating committee- 4 membri (elettivi)- Compiti - collabora con leader della sala per alcuni aspetti della gestione “scientifica” - valuta proposte di esperimento che si presentano come “Hall A collaboration proposals” (nomina referees ad hoc per ogni proposta”) - organizza e gestisce i meetings della collaborazione (2/anno) e workshops dedicati (tecnici deicati, fisica etc.) - ….

-Tutti gli altri esperimenti sono stato presentati da gruppi di istituti con o senza il supporto “ufficiale” “ Hall A collaboration experiments”.
- In molti casi gli Istituti e Jlab hanno fornito fondi e manpower per integrare l’apparato di base
- calorimetro per DVCS- calorimetro per RCS- apparati pe misure di violazione di parita’- Bigbyte (spettrometro magnetico a grande accettanza)- Rivelatori per neutroni (per Gen ed altro)
- patecipazione ai singoli esperimenti- se presentati come “Hall A collaboration experiments”, tutti i membri della collaborazione possono partecipare seguendo le regole stabilite dalla spokespersonship (numero minimo di turni o altro tipo di contributo (software, analisi etc..)
- se “indipendenti”, decide al spokespersonship
- Non e ’piu’ possibile presentare proposte per la sperimentazione a 6 GeV (fino al 2012)
- la schedula e’ decisa e pubblicata su (…….) anche se andra’ rivista ogni 6 mesi anche sulla base dei fondi disponibili per il running
