ORDERING INFORMATION
Order Methods: PerfectSend PerfectSend is an online file uploading and pre-flighting system for sending your artwork files. The system checks for common file errors that would prevent your order from printing correctly and then electronically delivers a print-ready file to our system. Please call to obtain a user login and password. Orderprinting.com Large and small businesses use Orderprinting.com to streamline their ordering process of items which have company identity standards defined. This internet-based business stationery ordering system allows users to order printed items such as business cards, letterhead, envelopes and announcements by entering their order information into pre-determined layouts. Please call for more information on how this system can make ordering of stationery products easy. Email When emailing digital art orders, please indicate your dealer name and all specifications for the job (i.e. item, stock, ink(s), quantity, etc.). Please email orders to [email protected] or [email protected]. Orders received after 4:30 p.m. will be processed on the following business workday. Fax When faxing orders, please be aware that fax transmission can distort size and legibility. Please fax orders to (770) 850-9194. Orders received after 4:30 p.m. will be processed on the following business workday. Orders which cannot be faxed can be sent in via our route driver if you are in our local delivery area. Contact Customer Service at (770) 850-8730 if you have questions regarding pricing or need a price quote on large quantity orders, shells or other custom printing products or services.
Standard Layouts: Business Cards Margins: 1/4” on all four sides. Actual size is 3 1/2” x 2”. Type Size: Mainlines are set in 12 point Helvetica, upper case, unless otherwise specified or if a size change is required for type to fit. Script fonts for mainlines are set in 18 point, upper and lower case only. Body copy is set in 8 point Helvetica, upper and lower case unless otherwise specified or if a size change is required for type to fit. Script fonts will be sized to fit. Letterheads Margins: 1/2” on top and both sides; 3/8” on bottom. Actual size is 8 1/2” x 11”. Type Size: Adjusted according to the amount of copy to ensure proper proportion. Envelopes Margins: 3/8” on all four sides. Actual size for a #10 envelope is 9 1/2” x 4 1/8”. Type Size: Adjusted according to the amount of copy to ensure proper proportion. Announcements Margins and type sizes are adjusted according to the item and amount of copy.

File Specifications:
1 PDF, TIF or EPS (Macintosh users must use a proper extension) 2 600 DPI for full color graphics 3 600-1200 DPI for line art logos and text 4 Convert color files to CMYK 5 Embed all images and graphics or include all graphics in a separate folder 6 Fonts must be embedded or converted to outlines
Page Specifications:
1 CMYK Format 2 Composite document actual size (i.e. Business cards: 3.5” x 2”, Letterhead: 8.5” x 11”) 3 For files with BLEEDS add an extra .25” to the document size Example: Business Cards that bleed should be setup as 3.75” x 2.25” 4 Add crop marks showing the edge of the file to ensure accurate copy placement
To place an order, you may use PerfectSend OR send an e-mail which includes order instructions, dealer name, contact information and artwork to [email protected] OR submit an Order Form, indicate in the Special Instructions section that the order is Full Color and email the artwork or attach a CD or Disk with the artwork to the order. Preview all files submitted. Incomplete/improperly prepared files may delay orders and incur a change fee. OTHER INFORMATION:
1 Pricing is based on press ready files being submitted. If press ready files are not submitted, additional charges may apply.
2 Turnaround time varies per item (see pricelist for each item’s turnaround time). 3 Turnaround time starts when files are determined acceptable or when proof (if requested)
is approved. 4 Call for a quote for larger quantities, sizes or stocks that are not shown in the pricelist. 5 Cancellation/change fees will be charged if job is in production. 6 Customer warrants that he/she has legal rights to reproduce all materials submitted. BCT
