    QUALITY POLICY

    Dr. R Mukhopadhyay, Director & CE-HASETRI

Our institute was established in October 1991 at Jaykaygram, Kankroli, Rajasthan as an independent research institute, to achieve self sufficiency in Technology Development for Rubber & Allied Industry in India.

We have consolidated all our research activities from different parts of India at “Raghupati Singhania Centre of Excellence” at Mysore, Karnataka from January 2017.

The business and social environment surrounding us have undergone major changes over the last several years. Today the speed of change is even faster. In this era of revolutionary changes, HASETRI envisions the future of society and business needs by taking a proactive approach, addressing issues from the clients, stand point. At the same time, with our strong team work, we are continuously working on various research projects across a wide range of areas covering raw materials, product development, testing & evaluation, including development of new standards for the rubber industry. For over last twenty five years, the institute has helped Indian Tyre Industry for radialisation and non-tyre industry for achieving self sufficiency in Technology development including upgradation of knowledge and skill development.

I believe one of the best ways to continue meeting customer expectations and needs is by having a clearly defined Technical Development path and working towards continual improvement.

    Calibration Laboratory

Calibration is the process of checking machines and making sure that values used in measurements remain at standard points. It is the process of verifying a machine’s work and performance within a set of specifications.

When done the right way, calibration can make life easier and better. It allows for faster processes and of course with lesser errors and mistakes. During calibration, it is also important to make sure that the measurements taken during the period is also valid. Remember that whatever values that you have gotten during the calibration process are the values that are accepted to be the most accurate and precise.

HASETRI has set-up calibration laboratory with the following facilities:

Balance Calibration: Range 1 mg to 10 kg

Dimension Calibration: Range 1 mm to 300 mm

Temperature Calibration: Range -40 to 1000°C

Pressure Calibration: Range: 1 to 700 bar

    Load: upto 10 tonnes

    Library

HASETRI is a data repository par excellence where the latest journals, periodicals, books, technical reports and standards on the latest development can be accessed. The institute sources its literature search from INSDOC (Indian National Scientific Documentation Centre) and patent search from different national and international agencies. This empowers the Scientists and Engineers with the latest developments across the globe.
