Some children visited the helicopter and asked the pilot questions about his job, training and how the helicopter works. Children then watched the visitor return and with waves to the children, the helicopter took off and Boris Johnson headed back to London. We are pleased to announce that our local board parent representatives have now been elected. Well done to Michelle Crouch and Charlotte Mead, we look forward to working with you. To celebrate Easter there will be a couple of activities that have been organised by Friends of West St Leonards. There will be an Easter bonnet competition for Reception, Year 1 and Year 2. Please hand in all cake donations to the office on the day and bear in mind that we will need enough cakes for the whole school. Cakes will cost 50p each.
