يلتزم المستأجر بالشروط العامه واالداب واالنظمه واللوائح التى يدار بها السوق تحت اشراف ادارة السوق . • لما يقتضيه العرف .•

يلتزم المستأجر بأن يستعمل العين المؤجرة على النحو المتفق عليه و أن يستعملها بحسب ما أعدت له، ووفقا

بدون اذن المؤجر .• ال يجوز للمستأجر بغير إذن المؤجر أن يحدث في العين المؤجرة اي تغييرا

يلتزم المستأجر بإخطار المؤجر في حالة وجود اي عيوب موجودة بالعين المؤجرة .• يجب على المستأجر القيام بإجراء االستخدام المسموح به في أماكن العمل فقط تحت االسم التجاري المسموح به . • يلتزم المستأجر بعدم التعدي على المناطق المشتركة او التعرض لها بإي طريقة تذكر ، ويلتزم بمساحته المحددة له لممارسة النشاط التجاري .• ية ( العين المؤجرة ) مفتوحة للجمهور ولممارسة التجارة باستمرار طوال ساعات العمل واالفتتاح التى يحددها • يلتزم المستأجر بابقاء الوحدة التجار

GENERAL CONDITIONS• The Tenant shall abide by the general conditions, literature, regulations and regulations under which the Souq is managed

under the supervision of the Souq Administration.• The Tenant undertakes to use the Leased Premises as agreed upon and to use them according to what has been prepared for

him, and according to custom.• The tenant may not, without the permission of the leaser, cause any change without the permission of the leaser.• Tenant is obliged to notify the leaser in the event of any defects present in the leased stand• The tenant must carry out the permitted use in the premises only under the permitted trade name.• The Tenant shall not infringe on the common areas or be exposed to them in any manner whatsoever, and shall abide by its

specific area for the conduct of commercial activity.• The Tenant shall keep the Commercial Unit (Leased Premises) open to the public and trade continuously throughout the

opening and opening hours specified by the fare to tenants and the public. In case of failure to keep the leased eye open for active trading continuously during trading hours, the Leaser shall be entitled to impose a closing fine, QR 500 for each day or part of the day may keep the leased eye closed to the public.

• The exhibitor have to make an invoice for each customer.• With reference to the Consumer Protection Law in Qatar, the sold goods may be exchanged or refunded within two days from

purchase date if there is a purchase invoice provided and with the condition that the goods are not used or damaged except personal items and underwear.

• The exhibitor is obliged to place prices on all the goods in his possession clearly and in case of non-compliance, the exhibitor will be violated by the inspectors of the ministry who are present on a daily basis within the exhibition hall.

• The exhibitor shall adhere to the silver stamp and accessories available to him. In case of non-compliance, the bidder shall be inspected by the inspectors of the ministry who are present on a daily basis within the exhibition hall.

• The exhibitor is committed to provide an original goods and he is not allowed to keep any copy goods or items in his/her stand, and in the case of non-compliance will be the bidder’s violation by the inspectors of the ministry who are present on a daily basis within the exhibition hall.

• The exhibition will be open from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm on all days of the week except Fridays the timing will be from 04:00 pm to 11:00 pm.

• Entering goods to the exhibition’s hall will be only allowed from 08:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
