will be held on Monday, 13th August, 2016, at 11.011 t..M. AtKamat Lingapur Hotel, 1·10-44/2, Chikoti Gardens, Begumpet,Hyderabad - 500 016 for transact the Ordinary and SpecialBusiness as set out in the Notice of AGM. .

2. Electronic copies of the Notice of the 35th AGM and the AnnualReport of the Company for the financial year 2017-18 have beensent to all the members whose email IDs are registered with theCompanyl Depository Participant(s). Physical copies of the samehave been sent to all other members at their registered address inthe permitted mode. The Notice of the 35th AGM and the AnnualReport for the financial year 2017-18 is also available on theCompany's website www.suryalata.com

Members holding shares either in physical form or indematerialized form, as on the cut-off date i.e. 3rd August, 2018may cast their vote electronically on the Ordinary and SpecialBusiness(es) as set out in the Notice of the 35th AGM, throughelectronic voting system of Karvy Computer Share PrivateLimited ("Karvy") and the company shall provide the ballot papersfor voting to the members present at the meeting.
