Understanding which endodontic instrument-device is the appropriate one according to different root canal system morphologies will persistently enhance a positive treatment prognosis. Thus, the implementation of rational and ergonomic endodontic technologies as a routine with which at least 90% of all cases can be successfully treated should constantly be pursued.
