BUILDING USAGE

If you would like to use a room in the church for an event, a study, meeting or a party, please contact Christy Ausley at chris-

[email protected] to check

availability.

Use of all rooms must be booked through the church

office.

What is Online Giving? Online Giving is a direct payment program whereby your contribution is debited automatically from your account without the hassle of writing checks or handling cash.

What are the advantages of Online Giving? It is easy to fulfill stewardship commitments, even when you can’t attend church. You never have to bring cash or checks to church. You can view all completed donations online, print out a statement, and even use it for tax verification purposes. The online statement will not reflect donations given directly at church. You may get your complete donation statement from the church office.

What company is providing this service to CHCC? CHCC has partnered with NCS Services to provide this service on our behalf. They have been offering E-Giving since 2004. This company services thousands of churches and non-profit companies around the world.

Is E-Giving Secure? Absolutely! The provider has the highest security standards and is PCI Level 1 Compliant.

How are my contributions automatically deducted from my account? Once you complete the online registration form (located on the CHCC Website), the contribution amount you specify will automatically be transferred from your bank account to the church’s bank account on the date you specify. There are five recurring options to choose from; Weekly, Bi-weekly, Semi-Monthly, Monthly and Quarterly.

If I do not write checks, how do I keep my checkbook balance straight or prove that I made a contribution? Since your contribution is made at a pre-established time, you simply record it in your check register on the appropriate date. Electronic contributions are recorded on your bank statements and online reports.

What about my offering envelopes? You will receive a printed receipt of your donation that can be used to place inside your offering envelope if you wish.

Can I put different amounts in offerings and have all of them withdrawn at different times?

You can set up your account to contribute to different offerings at different times; however, you will have to create each one separately. You will receive a receipt for each offering.

What if I change bank accounts? Simply login and update your account information.

What if I try Online Giving and don’t like it? You can cancel your authorization by deleting your accounts and donation dates.

How do I sign up for Online Giving? Complete the online registration form and select the donations and the amount you would like to donate. It’s that easy! - See more at: http://www.chccweb.org/#/resources/give-online.
