No Capital Expenditure: Amplus will incur all the Capital expenditure required for the plant.
No Operation and Maintenance: Amplus will be responsible for the Operation, Maintenanceand Monitoring of the project for the term of the Power Purchase Agreement (PPA).
Billing: Gracious Tower has to pay for energy generated by the plant on a pre-agreed per unitbasis. Onus of Plant Performance entirely on Amplus as Gracious Tower pays only for what theplant generates
Power Purchase Agreement (PPA): PPA of 25 years. Plant will be transferred to Gracious Towerat Rs 1 at the end of PPA term
Refundable Security Deposit: Gracious Tower to provide interest free refundable securitydeposit of INR 7.5 Lakh/100 kWp of plant installed, refundable at end of PPA term.
Termination at Convenience/Default: At any time during the PPA, Gracious Tower has an optionto terminate the PPA as per its convenience by buying the plant from Amplus at a pre agreedprice stipulated by the Buydown Schedule in the PPA. (Schedule is Based on SLM Depreciation)

Sanjeev Aggarwal , Managing Director Prior to promoting Amplus, Sanjeev worked with AES India as Director for Business Development from 2004 till March 2010. He
led the development of AESs largest investment in Greenfield 1200 MW power project and a linked coalmine in Chhattisgarh as
Managing Director of AES Chhattisgarh Energy. Sanjeev has substantial project development experience in the hydro and
renewable sectors as well.
Trained as a mechanical engineer, with PGDM from IIM, Ahmedabad, Sanjeev has served/ is currently serving on various high-level
committees as an industry expert, including on the Infrastructure Power Committee of AmCham India, FICCI Power Committee,
and India Electricity Advisory Council.
Guru Inder, Director Guru Inder has over 10 years of experience in new business origination, due diligence, valuation, financing, contract negotiation,
execution and management of conventional and renewable energy projects.
Prior to promoting the renewable energy business at Amplus, he worked as Vice President at Azure Power where he led a multi-
disciplinary team with focus on utility scale and rooftop solar projects, including Indias largest rooftop solar project setup in
Gandhinagar, Gujarat. Earlier, Guru Inder successfully closed and commissioned AESs first greenfield power project in India, a
39.2 MW wind power project in Gujarat, and led AESs entry into Nepal hydropower sector.
He started his career at PFC, where he was instrumental in loan sanctions in excess of USD 1 billion for multiple power projects.
Ritu Lal, Director Business DevelopmentRitu leads the business development efforts for Amplus, focusing on marketing and developing business with key corporate
clients. She has over 15 years of experience primarily in the FMCG, Healthcare and Foods sectors having spent over 9 years with
GlaxoSmithKline. Ritu has a rich experience of working with cross-functional project teams, especially in the area of Facilities
Management.
She has worked extensively in the area of Purchasing and Supply Chain Management In India, Europe and the Middle East/Africa
regions. Ritu is an MBA from FMS, Delhi and a graduate in Science from the University of Delhi.

Pradeep Shah, Advisor TechnicalPradeep has over 32 years of experience from Concept to Commissioning of power project in marquee companies like Tata
Power (TPC) and Larsen & Toubro (L&T). At L&T, Pradeep had a string of techno commercial successes starting from formulating
bid strategies to implementation of 388 MW Vemagiri, 445 MW Konaseema and Panipat cogeneration projects. Earlier, he worked
across functions at TPC in building two 500 MW coal/oil/gas based power units and a Natural Gas based 180 MW combined cycle
plant, both at Trombay. Pradeeps work includes a very diverse portfolio of technologies like gas turbine based combined cycle
plants, coal based sub critical and supercritical plants, cogeneration projects and hydro projects. Pradeep is a Masters in
Mechanical Engineering from IIT, Kanpur.
Umesh Bapat, Advisor OperationsMr. Bapat has held various positions over his 39 years of experience at Tata Power Company. During his stint at TPC, he handledthe operation and maintenance of various thermal power stations at Jamshedpur (6 units of 120 MW), Heat Recovery System (3units totaling to 120 MW), 1330 MW Trombay Thermal Station, three Hydro stations (440 MW) and Wind Generation inMaharashtra. In the past, he has also handled complete Transmission and Distribution of TPCs Mumbai operations.
Mr. Bapat has served as Chairman of Power and Energy Committee of Bombay Chamber of Commerce and Industries. He is anElectrical Engineer and MBA from JBIMS, Mumbai.
Ron Kenedi , AdvisorRon Kenedi has spent more than 30 years in the Solar Power industry , overseeing the successful operation of industry-leading
solar energy corporations in the U.S., Canada, Australia, Africa and Latin America. Corporations include; LDK Solar, Sharp
Electronics Solar Division, Kyocera Solar Inc. and Photocomm, Inc. He has worked closely with a number of industry associations
and is a current board member of Westinghouse Solar and a former board member of The Solar Alliance and the Solar Energy
Industry Association (SEIA). Kenedi is named to World Generations, prestigious, Class of 2012 of the energy industry top twenty
leaders along with executives from Bechtel, Siemens, GE, Google, Global Energy Zurich and the Governor of State of Oklahoma.
Vikas Sareen, GM - TechnicalVikas has more than 5 years of diversified experience in the field of solar power along with a strong R&D experience in solar cellprocessing & characterization. He has designed, MW & KW scale Grid connected solar power plant in India & USA. Vikas has alsoinstalled and operated both MW & KW scale projects in India, improved performance at existing plants, setup engineering teamsand worked across a wide range of technologies in the solar PV field. He also has two research papers in the field of Siliconphotovoltaics& nanotechnology to his name. Vikas is an M Tech in Nanotechnology and M. Sc. In Material Physics from JamiaMiliaUniversity.

Mr. P. Abraham, IAS ex Power Secretary, Government of India
Mr. P. Abraham associates with Amplus as an Advisor on strategy and policy matters. Shri P. Abraham has served as Secretary to the Governmentof India in the Ministry of Power during the first phase of reforms in the power sector. He has rich experience in the field of administration andspecifically the Power Sector, which includes his stint as Chairman of Maharashtra State Electricity Board (MSEB).At present, he is also a Director inPTC India Limited, Future Polyesters Limited, Flex Industries Limited, Nagarjuna Construction Company, and Jindal Power Company.
Mr. K.M. Lal, IAS served in various capacities including as Advisor, Planning Commission
Mr. Lal is associated with Amplus as an Advisor and is closely associated with the development activities of the group. Mr. Lal is a retired IAS Officerwith over 40 years of experience in various Ministries of the Govt. of India, as well as, various Administrative Departments of the Govt. of WestBengal. He has acted in the capacity of Joint Secretary and Secretary (Banking), Department of Finance, Govt. of West Bengal, Industrial Advisor,Govt. of West Bengal and Special Advisor, Planning Commission, Govt. of India.
Mr. Yogendra Prasad, ex- CMD, National Hydro Power Corporation
Mr. Prasad is associated with Amplus as an Advisor and is closely associated with the development activities of the group. Mr. Prasad is a careertechnocrat. He is credited with the growth of NHPC during his tenure as the CMD, a post that he held for 8 years, out of the 15 years that heworked with the organisation. Prior to that, he worked with Bihar State Electricity Board for 10 years. He has also held additional charges as CMDsof Satluj Jal Vidyut Nigam and Narmada Hydroelectric Development Corporation Limited. His last assignment was as Special Advisor (Energy) toGovernment of Uttrakhand and as Chairman, Uttarakhand Jal Vidyut Nigam Ltd. both of which positions he held till he attained the age ofsuperannuation. Mr. Prasad is member of many international and national level industry organisations and has received recognition for hisoutstanding contribution to the hydro sector at various international and national forums.

1. 100 kWp for a chain of Educational Institute in Central India flat RCC rooftop, non penetrating2. 1000 kWp for a multinational FMCG giant slanting roof, metal sheets3. 150 kWp at Rudrapur, Uttarakhand supplying power to grid slanting roof, metal sheets4. 250 kWp at Lalpur, Uttarakhand supplying power to grid - slanting roof, metal sheets5. 250 kWp for an International Hotel Chain in Maharashtra Rooftop6. 200 kWp for a shopping mall in Pune- flat RCC rooftop, non penetrating7. 100 kWp for an international oil company in Maharashtra - flat RCC rooftop, non penetrating8. 400 kWp for an national hospital chain in Uttar Pradesh- car parks and flat roof
In addition to the above, we are in discussions with consumers across states to set up solar projects totalling more than 20 MW at their facilities.
