Sign up to Safety is helping to make the NHS the safest healthcare system in the world Launched on 24th June 2014, over three years we will bring together collective learning to engage and connect individuals and organisations working on safety improvement to help people take action. ORGANISATIONS WHO JOIN SIGN UP TO SAFETY COMMIT TO MAKE CARE SAFER BY: Setting out the actions they will undertake in response to the five Sign up to Safety pledges and agree to publish this on their website for staff, patients and the public to see.
