How To Enter the Contest1) Someone has to take your photo. Photos taken by yourself (selfies in front of a mirror) or witha propped camera (timer) will NOT be accepted unless I am able to view your full body FRONTON with the same angles. (The winning photos are usually taken by someone else.) 1a) Hold a sheet of paper that includes the date, your Instagram or Facebook name and yourCountry. (use a dark and bold marker so that it can be read) 1b) Send TWO additional photos - One of you holding a newspaper with the current date,FRONT ANGLE ONLY.  AND a photo, of the actual newspaper. If you cannot find a newspaper,you can print out a news article with the current date to take your photo with. 2) Photos should be close enough so that your full body can be seen. They should be in brightlighting with a clean background. 3) Wear fitted, or,short shorts. That will show your transformation the most.  Photos in Panties,Bathing Suits or Bras will not be accepted. 4) Wear a sports bra (no regular bras) or a crop top. 5) Your photos must include your face. 6) Your photos should include two angles. FRONT and BACK only 6a) Your photos should not be edited in any way.  That includes being in a frame. Send yourphotos AS IS. 7) You must wear the SAME OUTFIT in your BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS OR an outfit verysimilar, or you can possibly be disqualified. 8) Include a short paragraph on why you entered with your Before Photo.   9) Include a short paragraph on how the program worked or didnt work for you with yourAfter photo.

Remember, participating in the contest is optional. If you are uncomfortable submitting photos with your face or blogging onsocial media that is ok. You can still complete the challenge with the group. However, to have a chance in winning the contest

you must follow the rules to be fair to all participants.

What Should I Post?

Blogging on Social Media Blogging your journey not only gets my attention but other contestants

looking for encouragement and support. I will be checking both, theFacebook group and Instagram for contestants using the hashtag

#BrittneBabe21DayChallenge (page must be public). Blogging on youraccount is optional.

• Post your before and after photos (optional but a plus) • Post your meals • Post your dumbbells • Post inspirational quotes • Post your workouts • Post your groceries • Post your favorite workout clothes • Motivate other contestants by offering tips, kudos and support withcomments and likes on their posts • add #brittnebabe21DayChallenge in your Instagram bio The 21 Day Challenge is not easy, and support is sometimes necessary toget started! Let’s work together in uplifting and motivating the Brittne Babecommunity and women like you all over the world!!!

How Do I Pick The TopContestants?

I Only Review Photos sent to [email protected] Photos sent to any otheremail will automatically be discarded and will not be in the running.  

• Your photo has to be bright enough for me to see your transformation.

• Your photo should be of your entire body • Hold a sheet of paper that includes the date, your Instagram or Facebook name

(private pages are ok, however you need to have at least one of the two to participate)and your Country

• You must hold the sheet of paper with the date in each photo • Send TWO additional photos - One of you holding a newspaper with the current

date, FRONT ANGLE ONLY.  Two, of the actual newspaper. If you cannot find anewspaper, you can print out a news article with the current date.

I then narrow my results down to a combination of women (because as you know, we are alldifferent, with different goals). 1. I am looking for women who maintained, but now have moredefinition, 2. a huge amount of fat loss, 3. a small amount of fat loss with new definition AND 4.weight gain. I also view your social media accounts to see if you are blogging.  Blogging is a

small percentage of my decision, if your page is private, that is fine (however, it does help whenfollowers are looking to vote) The purpose of blogging is more so to hold yourself accountable.When you have a ton of people watching what you are doing, it will keep you motivated to stay

on track (it has for me :))

Once I pick my top contestants and post (my favorite pic out of the two you send) you, you are inthe hands of the public. The winner will receive the most likes AND comments. How you look

physically in your photos is what will get you to win. Followers will want to compare yourself tothem and will be more interested in liking your photo if they love the physical picture. You have

to make them like you!

How Do You Get Followers ToLike Your PHOTO?

• Hold a sheet of paper that includes the date, your Instagram or Facebookname and your Country • Have a clear bright background • Wear makeup and comb your hair (based off  of previous winners) • SMILE Keep your account PUBLIC. Followers will want to see how you did it andhow hard you’ve worked.

Things To Know

• There is no expiration on the videos. You can enjoy continuous use of thevideos and pick up on the challenge at any time!! Participating in the

contest is optional. • Download your guide - The challenge can be viewed online, only frommy website. Any downloads included with the program is on the page

(nutrition book etc.)
