Some pat ients wi l l be best ser ved through s imple o�ce -based treatments l ike o v u l a t i o n i n d u c t i o n a n d i n t r a u t e r i n e i n s e m i n a t i o n ( I U I ) , w h e re a s s u rg e r y m ay m a k e t h e most sense for other patients.
