C2 Three-time Grammy Award winning recording artist The Black Eyed Peas recently announced dates for their 100- date headline tour “The E.N.D. World Tour 2010.” Described as the ultimate Black Eyed Peas party experience, it also marks the first time that the group — will.i.am, apl.de.ap, Taboo and Fer- gie — is united for a North American headline tour since their 2006 Monkey Business world tour. The North American leg, pro- duced by AEG Live, will kick off at Philips Arena in Atlanta on Feb. 4 and conclude April 11 at GM Place in Van- couver. After a short break, the tour resumes in May with shows across Europe and the UK. The band is set to play the Hampton Colliseum on Jan 19. For the Day of Service Down- ing-Gross Cultural Arts Center, 103 Jamz and 105-3 Kiss FM will accept donations of music (CDs) to be sent to men and women in the armed forces around the world, as well as soldiers in hos- pitals that have suffered injuries from war. Downing-Gross will host Military wives and children for enter- tainment and cultural craft activities in appreciation for the sacrifices they make sharing their spouses/par- ents for our national safety. The Downing-Gross Cul- tural Arts Center will also accept CD donations leading up to the Day of Service. Three-time Grammy Award winning recording artist The Black Eyed Peas recently announced dates for their 100-date headline tour “The E.N.D. World Tour 2010.” Described as the ultimate Black Eyed Peas party experience, it also marks the first time that the group — will.i.am, apl.de.ap, Taboo and Fer-gie — is united for a North American headline tour since their 2006 Monkey Business world tour.
