It is with great pleasure that we invite you to the Airborne Maintenance & Engineering Services 5th

Annual Charity Golf Tournament. It is an event to help raise awareness and funds for our supported

charities. All of the funds raised will support the American Cancer Society, United Way, American

Red Cross, American Heart Association, American Diabetes Association, Wounded Warrior

Foundation, our local Food Pantries, and ATSG Cares. This year's Tee-Off Party will be held at the nd

Wilmington Elks Lodge 797 starting at 6:00pm on Friday August 2 . The tournament will be held rdSaturday August 3 , with Tee Off times in the morning and afternoon. The Tee-Off party is a great

place to network with other golfers and people from the Airborne Maintenance and Engineering

Services Wilmington and Tampa Teams in a relaxed atmosphere. There will be appetizers and the

full swing golf simulators will be open for everyone to enjoy.

Due to overwhelming success from last year, we have expanded our Main Event Sponsorship

selections and Hospitality Tents. These are great ways to increase your involvement plus

showcase your company and products to the more than 225 people golfing in and attending the

tournament. Please contact us soon, as we expect these sponsorships to go fast.

Like last year we will have two Tee Off times, morning flight at 7:30 am and afternoon flight at 1:00

pm. Please specify morning or afternoon flight preference, when registering, and we will try to

accommodate your request.

Because of people like you, our charity event has been a major success. We hope you accept the nd
