i. Presentation should be brief and cover only important and effective Learning Outcomes.

ii. Avoid unnecessary textual details in the presentation. iii. Use illustrative examples/important screenshots, etc. wherever necessary. iv. PPT slides should have very professional look. v. Presentation should be delivered in English only.

vi. Stick to timings (Presentation should not exceed 10 minutes).

3. Report Submission:

The student must bring two copies of his/her final report in spiral bound form at

the time of evaluation. One copy shall be submitted to panel members at the time of

ETE evaluation. Other copy shall be retained by the student. Panel members must sign

the final report along with date and UID.

Even if the students worked in Groups still they need to submit individual reports

during Presentation.

4. Passing Criteria:

A student is required to secure a minimum of 40 marks out of 100 to obtain a Pass Grade (A+, A, B, B-, C, C- and D) in this course

5. Award of E grade

A student will obtain ‘E’ grade in the following cases:

i) In case the student fails to submit the final report at the time of evaluation.

ii) In case a student is unable to secure enough marks to meet the passing condition.

iii) In case a student is absent in ETE.

6. Award of F grade

A student will obtain ‘F’ grade in the following cases:

i) If a student did not complete the training.

ii) If a student is unable to produce the completion certificate of training at the time of ETE

evaluation.

OTHER EXPECTATIONS:

- Students are required to come only in Formal Dress. This gives feel and look of a

professional.

- Students should bring their laptops with them avoiding any unnecessary excuses

during the presentation.
