- European frame guideline of waste management - not yet transformed totally into German law
- is expected for mid of 2011 - Electronic proof of waste management - is law, but the computers do not yet work everywhere
parallel paper and electronic registration = duplicated effort (= cost)
- Decree of replacement of materials (recycling) - in development → open ended - because of federal structure up to 16 different regulations
- decree about ground water must be modified
