The IFM Congress has become really an international event. Many visitors from more than 15 countries and three continents attended the event in the last years. The Congress has
established itself as an important part of the Vienna congress calendar.
Leading managers in economy and highly qualified researchers from Europe, the US and Asia meet at the congress at TU Wien to exchange ideas and collect new creative insights in FM. The Congress
stands out for its high value between practice and research.

MEET OUR TOP SPEAKERS:
Dipl-Ing. Gerald Grüll has been working in the international real estate sector for over 20 years. Since December of 2016 he leads the Business Unit Retail at IMMOFINANZ AG. About 110 commercial properties in 9 countries are now his responsibility.
Dr. Michael Lagler is lawyer and (managing) partner at Schönherr, where he advised in transactions for many years, whereby real estate was always in his focus. After a few years earning experience abroad, Michael Lagler focusses now solely on the real estate industry. He deliberately chose a wide, interdisciplinary method, which makes him the perfect legal manager of major projects.
Since 2011 Mag. Andreas Millonig is an active employee in different positions at Roland Schmid Group in Vienna. In the key accout management, business development, innovations and currently as Chief Operations Officer, he supports the IMABIS GmbH and the IMMOunited GmbH with his experience and know-how and focusses on digitalisation.
Dr. Alexander Redlein is a university professor for Facility Management at TU Wien, former vice president of IFMA Austria, former member of the EuroFM board and currently president of the REUG. After his interdisciplinary studies at the Vienna University of Technology and at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration he is now engaged in research, education and consultancy in the area of FM for over 20 years. With his personal contacts the IFM builds a bridge to east Europe, with cooperations to associations in CEE and Asia as well as the USA.
Pradeep Lala is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer at ESPL. Under his stewardship ESPL has steadily expanded its services and grown to become one of India’s leading integrated facilities management players. With his over three decades of experience and his extensive relationships with clients, investors and other stakeholders, Pradeep is known to provide perspectives, that significantly contribute to the international FM industry.
With myhive offices Christian Traunfellner has redefined workspace offered by IMMOFINANZ. Christian has over 15 years’ experience in commercial real estate in CEE and is known as an innovative thinker with a focus on developing new office concepts, always putting people first. Bevor joining IMMOFINANZ in 2014, Christian was a board member of UNIQA Real Estate AG for 9 years.
