049908, I have to address you as under:

1. My client states that you Noticee Nos. 2 to 6 are the __________ of

and in charge and responsible for the conduct of the business of the

Noticee No.1 Company and you Noticee Nos. 2 to 6 have

represented the same to my client time and again.

2. My client states that towards payment of the aforesaid interest you

Noticee No.1 have issued cheque no. ___________ drawn on

__________ Bank dated ___________ for an amount of Rs. __________/-

(Rupees __________________________________ only) in favour of my

client.

3. My client further states that when the cheque was further presented

for encashment it was returned unpaid for the reason “FUNDS

INSUFFICIENT” by the bankers of the drawer i.e.,
