Sir,

Under instructions of my client ________________________ having their

address at 4 Battery Road, #34-01, Bank of China Building, Singapore

049908, I have to address you as under:

1. My client states that you Noticee Nos. 2 to 6 are the __________ of

and in charge and responsible for the conduct of the business of the

Noticee No.1 Company and you Noticee Nos. 2 to 6 have

represented the same to my client time and again.

2. My client states that towards payment of the aforesaid interest you

Noticee No.1 have issued cheque no. ___________ drawn on

client.

3. My client further states that when the cheque was further presented

for encashment it was returned unpaid for the reason “FUNDS
