• Install flooring: tile/carpet (approx 1100 sq ft)

• Install new ceiling fans, lighting fixtures, vanities

• Repair/Re-Install kitchen cabinets and counters

• Purchase new appliances (stove, microwave, refrig)

• Check ac unit and service system

• Install closets & shelving throughout property

• Clean interior/exterior of unit and prepare for Section #8 inspection
