Antardhvani/2015/61 dated 31 st  January, 2015 on the above subject. I am to inform you that as communicated in the earlier letter, instead of visiting the colleges/departments/centres for making assessment for the award of good practices, now, a team of internal jury members appointed by competent authority shall visit the stalls of the respective Colleges/Departments/Centres for reviewing the display of your Good Practices , at the venue of Antardhvani-2015 i.e. the University Sports Stadium Complex. A Proforma for judging the “Award of Good Practices” by internal jury members is enclosed for your reference. The external jury members, however, shall continue to make assessment of the stalls as has been the practice. The external jury members, after making assessments, shall submit the report to the undersigned. You are requested to make sure that , the jury members are interacted with, during their visit to the stalls. You are also requested to kindly designate a person of your college/department/centre as the coordinator for the above and send his/her name t o the office of the undersigned.
