    (9) No Response to Telephone Message, OutsideBlanketing Area, Awaiting Filter.(Attachment L). These complainants includeCarl and Donna Gentry; Dennis Keefer; and,Pat Donnellan, Jr ..

    (10) Miscellaneous. (Attachment M). Certaincomplaints do not fall into neat categories. These include the complaints from the CamelotEstates Mobile Home Park; Camelot RVCampground, and Bill and Jean's Saw Repairs, all of which are owned by the Hillis', whoare complainants in the lawsuit. GeraldJordan complained of interference, but theinterference he experienced started longbefore KOKS came on the air; and Thomas E.Embres, with whom KOKS has been working totry to install a new filter.

    III. CONCLUSION

    A) Tampering. As has been noted in Calvary's response ofFebruary 24, KOKS has interviewed several persons whoseresponses indicate that the written petitions theysigned may have been altered after the petitions weresigned. Possibly altered petitions included those of:Charles Fisher; Myra McGoldrick; Jim Hensley; MarieBoxx; W. D. Kerr; Fran Karawi Mr. and Mrs. BuffordGriffin; Slyvia Doty; Ben Whitley; and Bertha Morris.

    B) Full Response, Errors. This letter supplementsCalvary's earlier submissions, and represents KOKS'response to the complaints of which it is aware. Giventhe number of complaints to which KOKS has had torespond, it is inevitable, despite Calvary's bestefforts, that there will be names noted under twoseparate categories of response; occasional collationerrors, and complainants who, through error orinadvertance, did not receive a response or to whomKOKS did respond, but whose response was lost orundocumented . Calvary, us ing a largely unpaid andvolunteer staff, has done its best to fully comply withthe Commis s ion's rules and direct i ves , and thereasonable requests of the complainants. Calvary hopessuch errors have been minimized, and will attempt, aspromptly as possible and to the best of its ability, tocorrect any errors or oversights which it subsequently

discovers, or which the Commission identifies andbrings to its attention.

    C. Verification. The factual representations made in thisresponse are true and correct to the best of Calvary'sability, as verified by Calvary's secretary anddirector, Mrs. Nina Stewart (Attachment N).

    D. Further Information. Should the Commission need anyfurther information concerning this matter, it shouldcontact the unders igned or Calvary directly at thefollowing address and telephone number:
