HE Registration Procedure

Registration Procedure

Early Registration Period: August 2, 2010 – August 31, 2010 Registration Period: September 1, 2010 – October 20, 2010 Late Registration Period: October 21, 2010-October 23, 2010

a. Be advised that the tournament schedule from October 23-30, 2010 is a peak season for hotels making it necessary for the organizers to reserve accommodations as early as possible. The stay-in package is available only during the registration period (August 1, 2010 – August 31, 2010) on a per reservation basis; participants who will register starting from September 1, 2010 onwards will not be allowed to avail of the stay-in package. However, participants who wish to avail of the stay-in package but cannot be able to pay the full amount during the early registration period are allowed as long as each participant will pay Php2500.00 as partial payment. The partial payment or any registration payment paid for the tournament is non-refundable. The remaining balance should be paid during the registration period. Late registration fee of Php500.00 per team will be charged if the institution will register during the late registration period.

b. Participants who opt to choose the stay-out package but are in need of accommodations for the duration of the tournament will be provided rates of hotels near the tournament venue together with the respective contact details of these hotels.

c. The full amount for the registration package that the institution would like to avail of must be paid through the bank account

University of the Cordilleras website [www.uc-bcf.edu.ph]. Upon completion of all the necessary details, the form should be e-mailed at [email protected].

f. The deposit slip and the school ID of the official representative will be checked during the on-site registration on October 23, 2010.

g. Early registrants will be prioritized for the room accommodations if they opt to avail of the stay-in package.
