What is 123RF Instant?• In essence, the 123RF Instant solution is– A fully working microstock site– For business owners who are• Interested in the business of licensing royalty- free images to their own clientele• Looking for a simple solution
– A fast start up with millions of products that are ready for sale, minus the hassle of approving thousands of images daily and dealing with a multitude of contributors
First Steps – Decisions, Decisions!
Do you want to put this as part of an existing domain?Example: microstock.yourcompany.com
You already have a main website, 123RF Instant can come in as an added on solution to your website.
Do you want to start with a brand new domain registration?Example : www.yourcompany.com
Or you can start 123RF Instant as a new business with a brand new online presence!
• After signing up for the 123RF Instant solution, here’s what you need to decide:
Linking to an Existing Domain– Do you want to put this as part of an existing
domain?Example: microstock.yourcompany.com
– 123RF Instant can co-exist with your site
Visitors come to your main site at www.yourcompany.com
You can forward your visitors to your 123RF Instant site at
microstock.yourcompany.com
Linking to an Existing DomainWhat do you have to do?• Decide on a suitable subdomain.
Example: microstock.yourcompany.com• Inform your IT personnel or Web hosting solutions
provider to create a new CNAME record for microstock.yourcompany.com and point it to corp.123rf.com
• Inform [email protected] about your selected subdomain.
• Our technical personnel will configure your 123RF Instant solution to work from microstock.yourcompany.com
• You should be able to access your 123RF Instant solution in the next 24 hours.
Brand New Domain– Do you want to start with a brand new domain
registration?Example : www.yourcompany.com
– That’s OK too, 123RF Instant was made for such a purpose!
Your visitors come directly to your Instant solution located at www.yourcompany.com
Setting Up a Brand New DomainWhat do you have to do?• Decide and register a suitable domain name:
Example: www.yourcompany.com You may use a service like www.godaddy.com (you need not purchase a Web hosting plan, just the domain!)
• Once registered, inform your IT personnel or Web hosting solutions provider to point the A record for www.yourcompany.com to corp.123rf.com
• Inform [email protected] about your newly registered domain.
• Our technical personnel will configure your 123RF Instant solution to work from www.yourcompany.com
• You should be able to access your 123RF Instant solution in the next 24 hours.
Moving In
You can move into your 123RF Instant solution once you're able to access it
from your chosen subdomain or domain.

• Let's assume that you have chosen a new domain, for example www.yourcompany.com for the rest of the handbook. If you are able to see the 123RF Instant
solution at your chosen subdomain or domain as above, it means that the link up is complete, and you may proceed to move in.
Access the Admin Area
• Your 123RF Instant solution comes with its own Admin Area
• To access the Admin Area, go to http://www.yourcompany.com/admin
Log in to the Admin Area with your username and password.
Your Admin username and password will be sent to you via email once the 123RF Instant solution is complete.

After logging in, the Admin Dashboard lists important information that needs the most urgent attention.

CRM TabThe CRM Tab lists the users that have registered on your Instant solution.
You may also conduct a search via the username, name or transaction ID to locate a user that matches the criteria.
You may click on any of the usernames to bring you to the detailed view of the user.

CRM > User DetailsWhen you click on any username, the user’s history and details will be displayed. All Personal Details, Contact Details and Credits Purchase history will also be shown.

Design TabThe Design Tab allows you to change the default Theme of your website, allowing you to choose from a wide variety of design templates.
123RF adds on new design themes from time to time.
Shows the current active theme.
Shows other themes that may be chosen.

2Clicking on the “Select” button under any theme will change the current theme to the one selected.

Content TabThe Content Tab allows you to customize the content that your visitors see.
You may click on the Edit Page buttons and start keying in your own text content.
Content Tab > Edit PageThis is a sample page edit for the Contact Us page.
You may type your own content here.
You can format your content using any of the formatting options here.

Once you have finished, you may click on the “Save” button to save your edits.

Account TabThe Account Tab allows you to update your own information. We require this information to stay in contact with you.
You may type in your contact information here.
If your region requires you to have VAT, please enter your VAT number and percentage thereof here.

Plug-In Tab• This section allows you to add on plug-ins into your Instant solution.
Some plug-ins are free while others have to be paid for. The fee will come from your available credit balance.
• Click on the “Details” button to learn more about each plug-in.
Plug-In Tab > DetailsThe Plug-In's details will be displayed once the “Details” button is clicked.

Custom Pricing TabThe Instant Solution allows you to set your own custom prices to the packages that you will be selling.
This is the list of Credit Packages and their pricing. You may set them higher to suit your clients’ expectations.You can also rename the credit packages to reflect your own preferences.

Click on the respective save buttons to save your edits.
Please note that all rates here are quoted in US Dollars.
How To Verify an Account
• All users must verify their accounts before they are able to log into the Instant solution site.
• At times, visitors who have just registered may not have received their verification emails but they want to use the site immediately.
• And they have called up in person. You now need to verify their account.
How To Verify an Account
• To do this, first locate the user account in the CRM, and click on the username to access the Customer Account page.
Click on the “Verify this User” link to confirm their verification status
They may now use the site as a regular user.

How to Deal with a Pending Transaction
Pending transactions are caused by a slow response to the Paypal server when the Instant solution tries to perform verifications.
If you check your Paypal account and can verify that you have received payment for the transaction you may convert it to “Paid” and the user may start using the package.
Click on the Username with a pending transaction. This will bring you to the Customer Account page.

How to Deal with a Pending Transaction
Scroll down to the Credits Purchase section. You’ll notice that transactions with Pending status will have a “Change Status” drop down list.
Click on the drop down list and select “Paid”.
This will set the transaction as paid. The customer may now use the credits in the account.
