The Green Key® is a worldwideavailable eco-label awarded toleisure organisations, as hotels,youth hostels, conference- andholiday centres, campsites, holidayhouses and leisure facilities.

To obtain The Green Key thecompany has to fulfill a list ofenvironmental requirements.

Besides environmental demands(by example to control theproduction of waste and the use ofwater, electricity, etc.), the criteriainclude demands on:

• Policy

• Action plans

• Education

• Communication

ONGOING PROCESSIN 2009: DECIDED TO HAVE A THIRD PARTY CERTIFICATION

Improvements to our buildings:

• Ventilation (226 tons)• Sun film on all large exterior glass facades (211 tons)• Lighting (209 tons)• Energy Management (61 tons)• Cooling (33 tons)• Mixing Loops (9 tons)

Total reduction: 14%

In addition, we implemented the following reductions:

• Dismantling all electric radiators (132 tons)• Replacement of additional lighting (122.5 tons)• Outdoor lighting, logo signs etc. (twilight relay) (41.54 tons)• Motion sensors - toilets and external building (27.17 tons)• Town gas for the stove (2.56 tons)

Total reduction: 4%At present, the following initiatives are well underway.

• Stand Lighting• Spots in Hall H and C1 during CIFF(Copenhagen International Fashion Fair)

• Installation of new post mix (Coca Cola etc.)

Grand Total: Approx 20% - Goal has been reached

In addition, several initiatives to improve our Co2 emissions, but cannot becounted in the above equation:

• Wind turbine• Phasing out water bottles• Eco-friendly menus• Environmentally friendly production materials• Waste management system
