Class policies 1. You must attend 80% of the class time. 2. If you cannot come to a class, inform your teacher before your absence. Your absence will not be
counted as an absence. 3. You will not be allowed to take the final writing test if your class attendance is lower than 80%.
AIT Language
Requirements

1.To register for courses, students must have a valid
current English test score in the AIT Student
Information System.
2.To graduate, students must achieve a grade of ‘C’
or better in: EL19 Academic and Technical Writing.
There are two ways to fulfill the second requirement:
a) Score ≥ 6.0 on the AIT AWT. (Automatic pass in EL19)
b) Attend EL19 and earn a grade of C or better.
The AIT Writing Test
Who needs to test?
• Students who have submitted a
certificate of university medium of
instruction
• Students who have taken the
Online EET abroad
Who does not need to test?
• Students who have taken the EET
at the Language Center must
present their AIT ID card to the
Language Center.
• Students who have submitted a
standardized test score during the
application process must come to
the Language Center with a hard
copy of the official test certificate.
