eREGULATIONS SYSTEM - ADMINISTRATION MANUALParameters of the system V2.5
XII. System translation p. 1
The eRegulations system is multi-lingual: it allows the display of the public interface in
one or several languages.Initially, the public interface and the administrative interface are displayed in the language
set during the implementation of the system. We can later add one (or several)
language(s) that we can decide to activate or not on the public interface.
On the administrative interface, we can decide to work with one of the implemented
language, that is active or not on the public interface. For this we click on the grey flag on
the top right part of the administrative interface- the flag in colour shows the current
language used by the system:
1. Define the active languages

3. Local dictionary, shared dictionary
If we select the shared dictionary during the translation of an element of the system, the
change will be reflected on all the eRegulations systems in the same language. This
allows us to uniform the eRegulations systems and not to have to translate many times
the same elements in many systems.
However, we sometimes need to change an element at the local level, and not on all the
eRegulations systems. For this we will choose to save the translation on the local
dictionary.
