    Neither be disgraced,for you will not beput to shame.

    Easter means . . . Gods salvationrequires only that

    we thirst for Him.

    Why do you spend moneyfor what is not bread,And your wages for what doesnot satisfy?Listen carefully to Me, and eatwhat is good, And let your souldelight itself in abundance. 55:2

    Surely you shall calla nation you do notknow,

    And nationswho do not know youshall run to you,

    Because ofthe Lord your God,

    Easter means . . . the invitationto Gods salvation

    is to everyone.

    Seek the Lordwhile He may be found,

    Call upon Him while He is near.Let the wicked forsake his way,And the unrighteous man

    his thoughts;

    Let him return to the Lord,And He will have mercy on him,And to our God,For He will abundantly pardon.

    My thoughtsare not your thoughts;

    Nor are your waysMy ways,says the Lord.

    For as the heavens arehigher than the earth,

    So are My ways higherthan your ways,

    And My thoughts thanyour thoughts.

    Isaiah 55:8-9

    Easter means . . . Gods salvationseems too simple.

    For by grace you have beensaved through faith,and that not of yourselves;it is the gift of God,

    For as the rain comes down, and the snow fromheaven, and do not return there, but water theearth, and make it bring forth and bud,

    That it may give seed to the sowerand bread to the eater,

    So shall My word be that goes forth from mymouth.

    Isaiah 55:10-11

    For you shall go out in joy,and be led forth in peace;

    the mountains and the hills before youshall break forth into singing,

    and all the trees of the fieldshall clap their hands.

    Instead of the thorn shall come up thecypress;

    instead of the brier shall come up the myrtle; and it shall be to the LORD for a memorial, for

    an everlasting sign which shall not be cut off.
