    Frequent Flyer Program

    Most o the leading airlines o the world have a requent

    yer program in appreciation o their loyal customers, wherecustomers who participate in the program can earn miles on

    their ight activities, which can be exchanged or a ree ight.

    In addition to the chance o earning miles, most requent yer

    programs also oer a variety o special benefts and exclusive

    privileges to program members according to their level o ight

    activity.

    Garuda Frequent Flyer

    In appreciation o its valued and loyal customers, Garuda

    Indonesia undertakes a requent yer program, known as the

    Garuda Frequent Flyer (GFF). As a GFF member, each time you

    travel with Garuda Indonesia is also a chance or accumulating

    miles, which can be redeemed later or an Award Ticket or

    Upgrade Award. Better still, you can give the Award Ticket

    or Upgrade Award to your amily members or colleagues. In

    addition, a GFF membership also gives you the convenience o

    enjoying exclusive privileges according to your membership

    level, such as special check-in counters, extra baggage

    allowance and access to Garuda Indonesia Executive Lounge.

    Enrollment

    You can join in one o the our membership types in the GFF

    program, namely GFF Regular, GFF Junior, Executive Card

    Plus (EC Plus) and Garuda Indonesia Citibank Card (GIC Card)

    membership, each with its own enrollment requirements and

    method as ollow:

    GFF Regular

    Requirements:

    Age 12 and up

    Residing in Indonesia, or outside of Indonesia where the GFF

    program is applicable

    No membership fee

    How to register:

    Fill-out the application form available at:

    - Garuda Indonesia Sales Oce, Domestic and International

    - GFF Center

    - GFF Membership Service, Soekarno-Hatta Airport, Jakarta

    Requirements:

    Age between 2 and 11

    Residing in Indonesia, or outside of Indonesia where the GFFprogram is applicable

    Having a parent or legal guardian whose name is registered

    at the GFF database

    Payment of an annual fee of Rp 600,000 Complying with other Terms and Conditions for credit card

    application as determined by Citibank

    Receiving Card

    When you apply or a GFF membership, you will be provided

    with a temporary GFF card number. Use this temporary card

    number when making ight reservation and at the check-in

    counter o your Garuda Indonesia ight. We will process your

    permanent card as soon as your application data and your frst

    ight with the GFF temporary number have been recorded inthe GFF database. Your permanent GFF Card will be mailed to

    your correspondence address as listed at the GFF database.

    It may take at least 4 (our) weeks or processing and mailing

    beore you receive your GFF card.

    Earning Miles

    There are two kinds o mileage in the GFF program, namely:

    AWARD MILES represent the mileage earned each timeyou y with Garuda Indonesia on eligible ights, or in a

    transaction with Garuda Indonesia partners in the GFF

    program. Award Miles may be redeemed or an Award Ticket,

    Upgrade Award or other awards. Award Miles will continue to

    be accumulated as long as the GFF member remains active.

    TIER MILES represent the mileage earned each time you y

    with Garuda Indonesia on eligible ights, and are used to

    determine the level o your GFF membership. Tier Miles are

    accumulated from 1 January to 31 December of a given year,

    and it is re-set to zero on 1 January of the following year.

    How to Earn Miles

    Award Miles and Tier Miles are earned rom ight activities with

    Garuda Indonesia on eligible ights.

    You can also earn Award Miles rom non-ight activities,

    such as:

    Making a purchase at Garuda Shop

    Staying at Garuda Indonesia partner hotels in the GFF

    program

    To ensure that your mileage are properly

    recorded, please observe the ollowing: Provide your name and GFF membership

    number as listed at the GFF system when

    making a ight reservation

    Present your GFF membership card at the time of check-

    in or when making a transaction with Garuda Indonesia

    partners

    How to Monitor Your Mileage

    1. Access the GFF website at http://g.garuda-indonesia.com

    anywhere and at anytime

    2. Check the quarterly Mileage Statement sent to members

    3. Call Garuda Indonesia Call Center at 0 804 1 807 807, 24-hourrom anywhere in Indonesia.

    How to Claim for Missing Mileage

    We would process your missing mileage claim in 3-4 weeks

    ater the ight date or the date o other transactions.

    You could make a claim for missing mileage at anytime up to 6

    (six) months ater the date o your ight or transaction. Please

    complete the Missing Mileage Form available online at

    http://g.garuda-indonesia.com or at Garuda Indonesia Sales

    Oce, and attach the following supporting documents:

    1. A copy of the passenger ticket coupon or itinerary receipt

    e-ticket and the original boarding pass (or a ight activity)2. A copy of the payment receipt (hotel or Garuda Shop receipt)

    Please orward the completed orm and attached documents to

    GFF Center or Garuda Indonesia Sales Oce.

    Make sure that you keep all related

    documents such as boarding pass and ticket

    (passenger ticket coupon or itinerary receipte-Ticket), or proo o transaction at Garuda

    Indonesia partners in the GFF program, until all

    your mileage is properly recorded in your GFF account.

    Spending Miles

    The main beneft o a GFF membership is the chance to

    accumulate Award Miles that can be redeemed or an Award

    Ticket or Upgrade Award, not only or your own use but also

    or your amily members or riends. Award Miles can only be

    redeemed or Award Ticket or Upgrade Award on Garuda

    Indonesia ight routes and / or code share ight routes in which

    Garuda Indonesia is the Operating Party.

    On weekends, school vacations or national

    holidays, reservation by air travelers usuallyexceeds the capacity o available ight seats.

    For your convenience, please book your

    Award Ticket or Upgrade Award ight ar in

    advance o your planned departure date. Alternatively, you

    could choose to use your Award Ticket or Upgrade Award

    when not in peak season.

    How to Redeem Award Miles for an Award Ticket

    Choose your desired ight destination and departure

    date.

    Make sure that you have enough Award Miles in your

    account or your intended destination.

    Contact Garuda Indonesia Call Center at 0 804 1 807 807

    (from Indonesia) or Garuda Indonesia Sales Oce to

    reserve your ight.

    Complete the Award Ticket application orm available

    online at http://g.garuda-indonesia.com or at any

    destination and departure date.

    (from Indonesia) or Garuda Indonesia Sales Oce to

    reserve your ight.

    Complete the Upgrade Award application orm available

    online at http://g.garuda-indonesia.com or at any

    Garuda Indonesia Sales Oce.

    Submit the completed form, along with the original

    Economy class ticket, your GFF membership card anda copy of your ID (KTP, passport or other ID) to Garuda

    Indonesia Sales Oce.

    You can pick up the Upgrade Award ticket at the

    Garuda Indonesia Sales Oce where you submit your

    application. I you cannot come personally, the person

    representing you must be provided with a power oattorney (original).

    Application o Award Miles redemption by a

    GFF Junior member should be accompanied

    with a letter o consent signed by therespective parent or legal guardian.

    The GFF Regular has 4 membership level or tier, as follow:

    Your membership level will be evaluated for an upgrade at

    any time within a given membership year when you attain

    the required qualifcation.

    Your membership level will be evaluated for a renewal on the

    same level, a downgrade or membership termination at theend o the membership period.

    At the beginning o each year, the Tier Miles

    and ight requency will be re-set to zero,

    while the balance or Award Miles willcontinue to be accumulated. Please bear in

    mind that your membership level may change

    rom year to year depending on your ight activity (Tier

    Miles earned or number o eligible ight own) in the

    respective membership year.

    The GFF program allows you to accumulate Award Miles rom

    each ight activity by earning Tier Miles and Tier Bonus.Tier Bonus :

    GFF Gold, EC Plus and Platinum members are entitled to a Tier

    Bonus that will be calculated or accumulating their Award

    Miles.

    Tier Miles Percentage :

    GFF members will earn more Award Miles as they choose to y

    in higher booking class.

    Tier Bonus and Tier Miles Percentage are applied to the Basic

    Miles value as set out in the Earning Miles Table.

    Earning Miles from Non-Flight Activities

    Aside rom ying with Garuda

    Indonesia, GFF members can also earn

    Glossary oTermsActive GFF Member Registered GFF members who earn miles

    rom at least a single ight activity on eligible

    ights, or rom a non-ight activity at Garuda

    Indonesia partners on the GFF program,

    during the last membership year.

    Award Miles The amount o miles earned or each

    ight on eligible ights and / or or eachtransaction with Garuda Indonesia partners

    on the GFF program. Award Miles are

    calculated as Tier Miles plus Tier Bonus.

    Award Miles can be redeemed or Award

    Tickets or Upgrade Awards. Award Miles will

    continue to be accumulated or as long as

    the GFF member remains active, and will be

    expired when membership is terminated.

    Award Ticket A ree ticket that can be claimed by

    redeeming Award Miles, and which can be

    used by the respective GFF member or given

    to another person.

    Basic Miles The amount o miles used as a basis or

    calculating earned mileage.

    Change Schedule The change to an Award Ticket or Upgrade

    Award involving a change o the scheduled

    ight date and ight number. Change

    schedule is not applicable to a change oight route, ight class or the name on the

    Award Ticket.

    Code Share Flight A joint ight between Garuda Indonesia and

    another airline in which one airline unction

    as the Operating Party.

    Earning Miles Mileage can be earned rom a ight activity

    on eligible ights as well as rom a non-ight

    transaction with Garuda Indonesia partners

    in the GFF program.

    Eligible Flight Flights that qualiy or earning miles

    and ight requency activity on the GFF

    program, and do not include ights onclass V,H,X,O,T,J,Z tickets, sponsorship

    tickets, employee tickets, airline and travel

    agent discount tickets, ree tickets, award

    tickets, discount tickets, Citilink ights,

    charter ights, Hajj ights organized by the

    Government, code share ights where

    Inactive GFF Member GFF members with no ight or non-ight

    activity in the last 1-year of their membership

    Itinerary

    Receipt e-Ticket

    The e-ticket receipt issued by Garuda

    Indonesia to a passenger, containing the

    passenger name, ight inormation and

    terms o the ticket.

    Membership Period GFF membership period commences romthe month when a membership tier status is

    acquired, and covers the remaining months

    o the current year and the next one-year

    period. A GFF membership period varies

    from 12 23 months long.

    Membership Tier The tier or level o a regular GFF membership

    (Blue, Silver, Gold or Platinum), given on the

    basis o Tier Miles earned or ight requency

    made on eligible ights within the last

    membership year.

    Membership Year A GFF membership year runs from 1 January

    to 31 December of the same year. An EC Plus

    membership year covers the 12 (twelve)-

    month period commencing rom the date

    o registration approval or membership

    renewal.

    Missing Mileage Mileage that is not recorded on the account

    o GFF member.

    Open Date Ticket A ticket issued without a departure date and

    time and ight number. An Award Ticket or

    Upgrade Award cannot be issued with an

    open date status.

    Operating Party The party that operates the aircrat on a code

    share ight.

    Origin-Destination The route segment or sector that have been

    or will be own rom the departure point to

    the destination point.

    Passenger

    Ticket Coupon

    The last page on the manual ticket issued by

    Garuda Indonesia and kept by the passenger,

    containing detailed inormation o the ight.

    Redeposit The process o re-depositing into a members

    account o Award Miles that have been

    redeemed or an Award Ticket or Upgrade

    Award.

    Spending Miles The process o redeeming Award Miles or

    Garuda Indonesia Award Ticket or UpgradeAward.

    Stop Over A scheduled stop in a travel itinerary at

    some point between the point o departure

    and destination. A stop over occurs when a

    passenger stops at an airport or longer than

    24 (twenty our) hours, or stops within thesame day but goes out o the airport area.

    Tier Bonus A bonus mileage given on the basis o

    membership tier status according to the

    Mileage Calculation table. Tier Bonus mileage

    will be added to Tier Miles to become Award

    Miles.

    Tier Miles Mileage earned on each eligible ight activity

    and used to determine GFF membership

    tier level. Tier Miles are accumulated from 1

    January until 31 December of a given year.

    On 1 January of the following year, the Tier

    Miles balance is reset to zero.

    Tier Miles Percentage A percentage o Basic Miles or the

    calculation o Tier Miles, which depends on

    the ticket are or ight class according to the

    Mileage Calculation Table.

    Upgrade Award A acility that can be claimed by redeeming

    Award Miles or a ight class upgrade rom

    an Economy class to an Executive class, which

    can be used by the respective GFF member

    or given to another person.

    Terms and Conditions1. General Conditions

    1. GFF membership is issued to individuals, and each member

    holds a single GFF account.

    2. GFF membership is open to Indonesian citizens and / or

    oreign nationalities age 2 (two) and above, domiciled in

    Indonesia, or outside Indonesia where the GFF program is

    applicable, according to the conditions o enrollment.

    3. Garuda Indonesia reserves the sole right to interpret andapply the policies and procedures outlined in this Membership

    Guide. GFF members are bound by Garuda Indonesia

    regulations as set orth in this Membership Guide.

    4. Facilities received by GFF members are non-tradable and non-

    transerable.

    5. Garuda Indonesia reserves the right to use personal

    inormation and data provided by GFF members to GarudaIndonesia or its own operational and marketing purposes, as

    well as in the interest o cooperation with Garuda Indonesia

    partners.

    6. The GFF Membership Card can only be used by the person

    whose name appears on the card, or purposes related to

    his/her GFF membership.

    7. A person is entitled to a single GFF membership numberonly. I there is more than one GFF membership number to a

    persons name, only one number will be accepted as valid. The

    Mileage recorded in all the other cards will be merged to the

    valid card.

    8. All GFF privileges and benefts, including extra baggage

    allowance, access to executive airport lounge, and executive

    check-in counters, are valid only or Garuda Indonesia ights,and can be obtained by presenting a valid GFF Membership

    Card and Garuda Indonesia ticket to the Garuda Indonesia sta

    in charge prior to using the acilities.

    9. All GFF privileges and benets are not applicable to Citilink

    ights, charter ights, Government-organized Hajj ights, code

    share ights where Garuda Indonesia is not the Operating

    Party, or ights by other airlines.10. All provisions contained in this Membership Guide are subject

    to and are to be interpreted in accordance with prevailing laws

    in Indonesia.

    11. In the event of any discrepancy between the GFF provisions in

    the Indonesian and English versions, the Indonesian language

    text shall prevail.

    12. In the event of any discrepancy between the GFF provisionsin the English and any other oreign language versions, the

    English language text shall prevail.

    13. In the event that any provision in this Membership Guide is

    ound to be in conict with the prevailing laws, this will not

    aect the validity o the other provisions in this Membership

    Guide that are not in conict with prevailing laws.

    14. GFF Center reserves the right to perform an audit on GFF

    member data at any time without consent o the member. In

    the event o data discrepancy, the process or Award Ticket and

    Upgrade Award will be suspended pending a resolution by GFF

    Center.

    15. Garuda Indonesia has the authority to act in accordance with

    prevailing laws against any violation o GFF membership rules

    and regulations.16. Garuda Indonesia is not responsible for any risk arising from

    the misuse o GFF membership including but not limited to the

    misuse o GFF Membership Card, GFF member privileges and

    benefts, and / or GFF member mileage data.

    17. Every decision made by Garuda Indonesia related to GFF

    membership is fnal and non-disputable.

    18. Marketing programs or any other programs conducted by GFFCenter are applicable only to GFF members as specifed in the

    respective programs.

    19. Garuda Indonesia is not responsible for any products or

    services that are provided or oered by Garuda Indonesia

    partners in the GFF program.

    2. Enrollment1. Applicants may enroll through GFF website

    (http://g.garuda-indonesia.com) or by completing an

    Application Form. Upon registration, GFF applicants will

    receive a Temporary Membership Number that can be used

    to earn miles. The temporary Membership Number cannot be

    used to obtain other GFF acilities.

    2. Mileage rom ight activities o members who registerthrough GFF website will be credited to members account

    ater the frst eligible ight activity data is recorded on the GFF

    database.

    3. Mileage from ight activities of members who register by

    completing an Application Form will be credited to members

    account ater the frst eligible ight activity data is recorded on

    the GFF database and the membership application have beenprocessed by GFF Center.

    4. Permanent membership status will be processed ater

    membership application data and the frst eligible ight

    activity data have been recorded on the GFF database.

    5. Members name as written at the time of registration will

    appear on the GFF Membership Card and the GFF database.

    The name should be identical to the name on members ID(KTP, Passport or other ID).

    6. Garuda Indonesia reserves the right to refuse a membership

    application that is either incomplete or does not comply with

    the established requirements without notifcation.

    7. Membership application data with a Temporary Membership

    Number will be removed rom the GFF database without

    notifcation in the event there is no eligible ight activity

    recorded within 1 (one) year after the Temporary Membership

    Number is recorded in the GFF database.

    3. GFF Membership Information

    1. Each GFF member will be given a User ID and Password giving

    access to membership inormation through the GFF website at

    http://g.garuda-indonesia.com.

    2. GFF members will receive a quarterly (three-month) Mileage

    Statement report. In the event there is no ight activities or

    non-ight activities recorded on members account during the

    three-month period, no Mileage Statement report will be sent.

    3. GFF members can obtain information regarding his/her

    membership by contacting Garuda Indonesia Call Center or

    GFF Center.

    4. Membership Tier & Evaluation

    1. GFF member tier status depends on the Tier Miles accrued or

    number o one-way ights (sectors) taken on eligible ight

    activities within the last GFF membership year.

    2. Garuda Indonesia has the right to upgrade, maintain or

    downgrade a GFF member tier status at its sole discretion in

    accordance with prevailing rules and regulations. Only Tier

    Miles or ight requency accumulated in each respective

    membership year are considered in evaluating a membership

    tier status and are not carried orward to the next membership

    year.

    3. A temporary membership status will be upgraded to a Blue

    status at any time after taking 1 (one) one-way ight on eligible

    ights and the membership application data have beenrecorded on the GFF database.

    4. A Blue membership status may be upgraded to a Silver status

    at anytime during the membership year on the accumulation

    of 5,000 (ve thousand) Tier Miles or 10 (ten) one-way ights

    on eligible ights.

    5. A Silver membership status may be upgraded to Gold status at

    anytime during the membership year on the accumulation o20,000 (twenty thousand) Tier Miles or 35 (thirty ve) one-way

    ights on eligible ights.

    6. A Gold membership status may be upgraded to Platinum

    status at anytime during the membership year on the

    accumulation of 50,000 (fty thousand) Tier Miles or 75

    (seventy fve) one-way ights on eligible ights.

    7. The upgraded status will be valid throughout the membershipperiod, that is the remaining period o current GFF

    membership year and the next membership year.

    8. The evaluation or maintaining current membership status, or

    downgrading to a lower status, or membership termination,

    is carried out at the end o each membership period, and

    involves:

    a. Renewal of Blue status, or terminating the membership.

    b. Renewal of Silver status, or downgrading to Blue status, or

    terminating the membership.

    c. Renewal of Gold status, or downgrading to Silver or Blue

    d. Renewal of Platinum status, or downgrading to Gold or

    Silver or Blue status, or terminating the membership.

    9. Criteria for evaluation as in Art. 4.8:

    GFF Blue Status

    Renewal : A GFF Blue member who has accumulated at least 1

    (one) one-way ight o eligible ights within the membership

    year will re-qualiy as a Blue member.

    Termination : GFF membership will be terminated i a GFF Blue

    member did not make at least 1 (one) one-way ight of eligible

    ight within the membership year.

    GFF Silver Status

    Renewal : A GFF Silver member who has accumulated at least

    5,000 (ve thousand) Tier Miles or 10 (ten) one-way ights of

    eligible ight within the membership year will re-qualiy as a

    Silver member.

    Downgrade to Blue status : A GFF Silver member who has not

    achieved 5,000 (ve thousand) Tier Miles or 10 (ten) one-way

    ights, but has made at least 1 (one) one-way ight of eligible

    ight within the membership year, will be downgraded to a

    Blue status.

    Termination : GFF membership will be terminated i a GFF

    Silver member did not make at least 1 (one) one-way ight of

    eligible ight within the membership year.

    GFF Gold Status

    Renewal : A GFF Gold member who has accumulated at least

    20,000 (twenty thousand) Tier Miles or 35 (thirty ve) one-way

    ights o eligible ight within the membership year will re-

    qualiy as a Gold member.

    Downgrade to Silver status : A GFF Gold member who has not

    achieved 20,000 (twenty thousand) Tier Miles or 35 (thirty ve)

    one-way ights o eligible ight, but has achieved more than

    5,000 (ve thousand) Tier Miles or 10 (ten) one-way ights of

    eligible ight within the membership year, will be downgraded

    to a Silver status.

    Downgrade to Blue status : A GFF Gold member who has not

    achieved 5,000 (ve thousand) Tier Miles or 10 (ten) one-way

    ights of eligible ight, but has made at least 1 (one) one-way

    ight o eligible ight within the membership year, will be

    downgraded to a Blue status.

    Termination : GFF membership will be terminated i a GFF Gold

    GFF Platinum Status

    Renewal : A GFF Platinum member who has accumulated at

    least 50,000 (fty thousand) Tier Miles or 75 (seventy ve) one-

    way ights o eligible ight within the membership year will

    re-qualiy as a Platinum member.

    Downgrade to Gold status : A GFF Platinum member who has

    not achieved 50,000 (fty thousand) Tier Miles or 75 (seventy

    fve) one-way ights o eligible ight, but has achieved at least

    20,000 (twenty thousand) Tier Miles or 35 (thirty ve) one-way

    ights o eligible ight within the membership year, will be

    downgraded to a Gold status.

    Downgrade to Silver status : A GFF Platinum member who has

    not achieved 20,000 (twenty thousand) Tier Miles or 35 (thirty

    fve) one-way ights o eligible ight, but has achieved at least

    5,000 (ve thousand) Tier Miles or 10 (ten) one-way ights of

    eligible ight within the membership year, will be downgraded

    to a Silver status.

    Downgrade to Blue status : A GFF Platinum member who

    has not achieved 5,000 (ve thousand) Tier Miles or 10 (ten)

    one-way ights of eligible ight, but has made at least 1 (one)

    one-way ight o eligible ight within the membership year,

    will be downgraded to a Blue status.

    Termination : GFF membership will be terminated i a GFF

    Platinum member did not make at least 1 (one) one-way ighto eligible ight within the membership year.

    5. GFF Membership Termination

    1. GFF membership termination is based on the evaluation

    o membership status at the end o membership year as

    described in Art. 4.8 and Art. 4.9.

    2. A GFF membership may also be terminated at anytime andwithout notifcation in the ollowing conditions:

    a. Incorrect data at registration

    b. Misuse in mileage accrual and redemption

    c. Acting in violation o GFF rules and other regulations

    related to a GFF membership.

    d. Involved in acts that damage the reputation o Garuda

    Indonesia or the public trust towards Garuda Indonesia.e. Misuse o the Temporary GFF Number or permanent GFF

    Membership Card.

    . GFF member relocated to a correspondence address in a

    country/area where GFF program is not applicable.

    g. Resignation of member through a letter of resignation.

    3. Any unused Award Miles in the account of GFF member whose

    membership is terminated as reerred to this Term & Condition

    will be nullifed and are not redeemable. Mileage is only valid

    during an active membership period.

    4. The mileage account, any award that has been granted, claim

    application, and application or other GFF programs by a GFF

    member whose membership is terminated as in Art. 5.2 shall

    be cancelled.

    6. Earning Miles from Flight Activities

    1. In order to earn and accumulate mileage, a person should be

    registered as a GFF member.

    2. Mileage may only be credited once or each activity, and

    earned in one requent yer program only.

    3. Mileage accrual will be based on a mechanism established by

    Garuda Indonesia.

    4. Mileage will be accumulated based on ight activities o

    eligible ight and non-ight activities with Garuda Indonesia

    partners on the GFF program.

    5. Mileage is earned based on booking class or fare type as

    indicated on the ticket. Mileage is not earned on certain

    conditions including but not limited to, upgrades to a higher

    booking class due to ight operational considerations, and /

    or in the event o a discrepancy between the booking class as

    appear on the ticket and on the boarding pass.

    6. Mileage may only be earned on eligible ight, that is, Garuda

    Indonesia ights on tickets with booking class C/D/I/Y/S/W/

    M/L/Q/B/N/K or other classes as will be determined later by

    Garuda Indonesia, and do not include tickets with booking

    class V, H, X, O, T, J, Z, sponsorship tickets, employee tickets,

    discount tickets by airlines and travel agents, ree tickets,

    reward tickets, discount ights, Citilink ights, charter ights,Hajj ights except ONH Plus ights, code share ights where

    Garuda Indonesia is not the Operating Party, and certain other

    booking class and / or ight as will be determined later by

    Garuda Indonesia.

    7. Mileage from a certain activity will be credited to the account

    o GFF member as user o products or services provided by

    Garuda Indonesia and Garuda Indonesia partners in the GFFprogram, based on the GFF membership number along with

    the ticket that has been used.

    8. Mileage will not be granted i the purchased ticket or service is

    not used in Garuda Indonesia ights or has expired.

    9. In certain cases where GFF members are transferred by Garuda

    Indonesia to other airlines which has available seat, mileage

    will still be granted, except or unoreseeable cancellation dueto situations that are beyond the control o Garuda Indonesia

    (Force Majeure), including but not limited to airport closure or

    any reason whatsoever, war, government restriction, mass riots,

    strikes, epidemics, fres, oods, storms, which renders ight

    operations impossible.

    10. In the event of a discrepancy between a mileage earned and

    the amount as credited to the GFF member account, Garuda

    Indonesia retains the right to determine the correct mileage.

    11. Mileage earned by a GFF member cannot be added or

    transerred to the account o another GFF member.

    12. Mileage earned through falsication, submission of incorrect

    data, or in violation o GFF Terms and Conditions, will be

    suspended, and in such cases Garuda Indonesia has the

    authority to terminate the GFF membership and take any

    necessary legal action.

    7. Earning Miles from Non Flight Activities

    1. Mileage earned from the use of products and services of

    Garuda Indonesia partners in the GFF program is subject to

    the Terms and Conditions as issued by each Garuda Indonesia

    partners based on the respective agreements.

    2. Mileage earned rom a transaction with Garuda Indonesia

    partners in the GFF program will be credited to GFF member

    account within 4 (our) weeks minimum. I mileage rom a

    certain transaction is missing, GFF member may contact or

    submit a claim to the respective Garuda Indonesia partner in

    the GFF program.

    8. Missing Mileage Claim

    1. Claim for missing mileage from a ight activity can be

    submitted within 6 (six) months at the latest from the day

    o ight departure, accompanied with the necessary claim

    documents such as the completed Missing Mileage Form,

    original Boarding Pass and Passenger Ticket Coupon or

    Itinerary Receipt (for e-Ticket).

    2. Mileage earned on a missing mileage claim is based on class o

    travel and are as indicated on the ticket used by GFF member.3. A missing mileage claim will be processed within 4 (four) weeks

    minimum rom the time the completed claim documents

    are received by GFF Center until the appropriate mileage

    adjustment is made to the account o GFF member.

    9. Spending Miles

    1. An Award Ticket is valid for a period of 6 (six) months from thedate o issue and cannot be extended.

    2. The validity period o an Upgrade Award depends on the terms

    o the original paying ticket purchased.

    3. Award Tickets or Upgrade Awards may only be issued by the

    respective Garuda Indonesia Sales Oce where the Award

    Order Form is submitted. Awards may be redeemed by GFF

    member in person, or by another person with a power oattorney from GFF member. Submission of application for

    Award Ticket or Upgrade Award in Indonesia delegated

    to another person must be accompanied with a power o

    attorney (original) with duty stamp axed. The mechanism for

    award redemption ollows the prevailing GFF regulations.

    4. An Award Ticket or Upgrade Award may only be issued or a

    confrmed schedule booking, and not applicable or bookings

    on a waiting list or an open date ticket. Go show passengers

    are not permitted to apply or Award Tickets or Upgrade

    Awards.

    5. The mileage needed for an Award Ticket or Upgrade Award

    is based on Spending Miles Table. All the mileage values at

    Spending Miles Table refer to a direct ight route to the intended

    destination and are not applicable or stop over passengers.

    6. In the event that a certain ight route as desired by the GFF

    member is not available, the mileage needed to be redeemed

    or an Award Ticket or Upgrade Award will be calculated by

    adding up each ight sector own.

    7. Mileage redemption for routes that are not on Spending Miles

    Table will be calculated by adding up each ight sector own.

    8. Garuda Indonesia does not provide a delivery service or Award

    Tickets and Upgrade Awards.

    9. Award miles that have been redeemed for Award Tickets or

    Upgrade Awards may be re-deposited to GFF member account

    i the Award Ticket or the original economy class paid ticket is

    still valid and completely unused. Once travel has commenced

    on at least one sector o the travel itinerary, the mileage on the

    remaining un-own sector(s) cannot be re-deposited.

    10. Any cancellation and change of schedule of an Award Ticket

    and Upgrade Award will incur a mileage deduction of 25%

    (twenty fve percent) o the total mileage with a valid ticket.

    11. In addition to the stipulation in Art. 9.10 above, any

    cancellation o an Award Ticket or Upgrade Award ight

    schedule will also incur a ee according to the prevailing

    Administration Refund Fee rules and payable by GFF member.

    12. When award mileage are redeemed for Award Tickets or

    Upgrade Awards, GFF members are responsible or thepayment o local airport taxes, additional government tax,

    insurance premium, uel surcharge, or any other additional

    charges as applicable.

    13. To redeem award mileage into an Upgrade Award, GFF

    member must frst purchase an Economy class ticket. The

    amount o award mileage needed or the intended ight route

    is based on the are o the original Economy class ticket withreerence to the Award Table.

    14. The amount of award mileage needed for an Upgrade Award

    from booking class V and H is the same as the mileage needed

    or an Economy class Award Ticket.

    15. Award Ticket facility is not applicable for charter ights, Hajj

    ights except for ONH Plus ights, Citilink ights, and code

    share ights where Garuda Indonesia is not the OperatingParty.

    16. Upgrade Award facility is not applicable for booking class O,

    T, J, Z tickets, sponsorship tickets, employee tickets, discount

    ticket rom airline or travel agents, ree tickets, reward tickets,

    discount ights, charter ights, Hajj ights except for ONH Plus

    ights, Citilink ights, and code share ights where Garuda

    Indonesia is not the Operating Party.

    17. GFF members may exchange the accumulated award mileage

    into an Award Ticket or Upgrade Award in the name o another

    person as the intended user o the Award Ticket or Upgrade

    Award.

    18. In the event that an Award Ticket or Upgrade Award is

    cancelled due to operational considerations at the airport (late

    ight, delayed ight, cancelled ight, or seat unavailability), the

    ollowing provisions apply:

    a. Award mileage will be re-deposited to GFF member

    account i the travel itinerary is aborted / cancelled.

    b. Award mileage will not be re-deposited i the passenger is

    transerred to another ight with all costs borne by Garuda

    Indonesia.

    c. For GFF members using Upgrade Awards, award mileage

    will be re-deposited and the cancellation compensation

    will ollow the terms or the original Economy class ticket

    paid or.

    d. Other provisions will refer to the provisions for passenger

    with paid tickets.

    19. The award miles needed for Award Tickets and Upgrade

    Awards or children and inants is the same as or adult

    passenger.

    20. Award Ticket and / or Upgrade Award may not be used by a

    person whose name does not appear on the respective Award

    Ticket and / or Upgrade Award.

    10. Executive Card Plus (EC Plus)

    1. EC Plus membership is open to Indonesian citizens and foreign

    nationalities aged 17 years or up, domiciled in Indonesia, and

    have paid the registration ee or EC Plus membership.

    2. Payment o membership registration ee can be made in cash

    or by bank transer to Garuda Indonesia bank account, a/c103.0087290801, at Bank Mandiri Jakarta Sabang branch.

    3. EC Plus applicants must complete the EC Plus application form

    accompanied by a copy of ID (KTP, Passport, or other ID) and

    the bank transer slip o the registration ee, or made a cash

    payment at Garuda Indonesia Sales Oce or the GFF Center.

    4. EC Plus membership is valid for a 12 (twelve)-month period

    commencing on the month o application approval ormembership renewal.

    5. Insurance coverage provided to EC Plus members is subject to

    the Terms and Conditions set out in the insurance policy, and

    covers:

    i. Travel Inconvenience Insurance:

    a. Missed connection

    b. Delayed ight and denied boardingc. Luggage loss

    d. Luggage delay

    ii. Travel Accident Insurance:

    a. Loss o lie Accident Indemnity

    b. Specic Loss Accident Indemnity

    6. Insurance claims may be submitted to the respective insurance

    provider in accordance with the requirements set orth in the

    insurance policy, and accompanied by a recommendation

    letter rom Garuda Indonesia.

    7. In the event the EC Plus membership period has expired

    and is not extended, the EC Plus membership along with

    any accumulated mileage will be converted to a regular GFF

    membership, with a membership tier according to activity

    in the last EC Plus membership year. The provisions or an EC

    Plus membership that has been converted into a regular GFF

    membership will ollow those o the GFF.

    8. In the case o EC Plus membership resignation beore the

    expiration o membership period, any ees paid are not

    reundable. In such a case, any unused award mileage is no

    longer valid and redeemable.

    9. EC Plus membership will be terminated or transferred to

    GFF regular membership when correspondence address

    o the member change to address outside Indonesia, with

    a membership tier according to activity in the last EC Plusmembership year.

    11. GFF Junior

    1. GFF Junior membership is open to citizens of Indonesia and

    foreign nationalities aged 2 11 years, domiciled in Indonesia

    or overseas where the GFF program is applicable.

    2. Applicants for GFF Junior membership shall complete a GFF

    application orm signed by the respective parent or legal

    guardian, accompanied by a copy of ID of the parent or

    legal guardian, who will be responsible for the GFF Junior

    membership activities.

    3. The name of the parent or legal guardian may only be

    changed by submitting a written notifcation to GFF Center,

    and the substitute name must be registered in the GFF

    database.

    4. GFF Junior membership commences from the time the

    registration data and the frst ight with a temporary number

    is recorded in the GFF database, up until the member reaches

    the age of 12.

    5. The GFF Junior program does not entails evaluation for

    membership tier.

    6. GFF Junior membership will be converted into GFF regular

    membership when member reaches the age of 12.7. Membership tier in the conversion into regular GFF

    membership as in Art. 11.6 will depend on the respective

    member activity during the last 1 (one) year of GFF Junior

    membership. Thereater, the provisions or regular GFF

    membership prevail.

    8. Registration and mileage redemption transaction for member

    below the age of 12 requires the consent of a parent or legal

    guardian. Garuda Indonesia is under no obligation to prove

    the validity o parental or guardianship status o the person

    that approves and verifes the respective signature o the

    parent or legal guardian.

    9. Mileage accrual from ight activities of GFF Junior member

    is calculated at 75% (seventy ve percent) of the mileage

    accrual o a GFF Blue member. Mileage accrual rom non-ight

    activities will ollow the terms as in the regular GFF program.

    10. The calculation for award miles redemption into Award Ticket

    or Upgrade Award for GG Junior membership is the same as

    or the GFF regular membership.

    12. Garuda Indonesia Citibank Card (GIC Card)

    1. The GIC Card combines the GFF membership with a Citibank

    credit card membership. Member privileges and acilities

    with regards to the GFF program reer to the prevailing GFF

    provisions. Credit card related provisions such as credit limit,

    interest, billing and payment, cancellation, insurance, benefts

    and other provisions reer to inormation or rules established

    by Citibank.

    2. Insurance coverage provided to GIC Card members paying or

    Garuda Indonesia tickets using Garuda Indonesia Citibank Card

    include:

    i. Free travel insurance, comprising:

    a. Delayed ight

    b. Baggage delay

    c. Baggage loss

    d. Lie and physical disability

    ii. Free purchase protection

    iii. Overseas medical insurance

    13. GFF Member Obligation and Responsibility

    1. GFF members are responsible to update their personal data in

    case o changes in the data by contacting Garuda Indonesia

    Call Center, Garuda Indonesia Sales Oce, or the GFF Center,

    or directly online through the GFF website. Garuda Indonesia

    is not responsible or the loss or delay o any mailed GFF

    materials due to an incorrect address or unreported change

    o address, and does not guarantee the receipt o GFF

    inormation through e-mail in case o incorrect e-mail dataprovided by GFF member.

    2. In the case o a change o name o GFF member, a written

    notifcation should be submitted to the GFF Center,

    accompanied with the necessary legal documents.

    3. GFF members are responsible to update themselves regarding

    the latest GFF Terms and Conditions as inormed through

    GFF communication media. Active participation in the GFFprogram requires that members are inormed, knowledgeable

    and agree to be bound by the latest Terms and Conditions o

    GFF program.

    4. GFF members are required to change their deault Password

    at the frst log-in to the GFF website. The confdentiality o

    membership inormation accessed through the GFF website is

    the responsibility o GFF members.5. In their ight activities, GFF members are required to :

    a. provide the GFF membership number and name as stated

    on the GFF Card when making ight reservation

    b. use the same name on ight reservation as the name on

    the GFF Card and the GFF database

    c. present a valid GFF membership card at check-in

    Garuda Indonesia cannot guarantee the proper crediting o

    mileage to GFF member account i GFF member ails to comply

    with the above requirements.

    6. In all non-ight activities with Garuda Indonesia partners in the

    GFF program, GFF members are required to present a valid GFF

    membership card when making their transaction to ensure

    award miles rom the use o products and services provided by

    Garuda Indonesia partners is recorded in GFF database.

    14. GFF Program Changes and Termination

    1. Garuda Indonesia reserves the right to change the Terms and

    Conditions and the beneft o GFF membership at anytime

    with or without prior notice, including but not limited to:

    i. Rules regarding mileage accrual and redemption

    ii. Award-related acilities and their availability

    iii. Programs o Garuda Indonesia partners in the GFF program

    2. Garuda Indonesia has the authority to change or to terminate

    its cooperation with Garuda Indonesia partners in the GFF

    program. In the case o partner program termination, the

    Award Miles accrued up until that time remains valid.

    3. Any changes to the GFF program which is informed to

    the member can be ound through Garuda Indonesia

    communications media such as GFF Bulletin, GFF website, or

    other media.

    4. The prevailing GFF Terms and Conditions are based on those

    that can be ound on the latest edition o GFF Membership

    Guide, the GFF website, or other updates as issued by Garuda

    Indonesia.

    5. The Terms and Conditions on this GFF Membership Guide

    automatically replaced any previous Terms and Conditions o

    GFF, and are applicable to all GFF members.

    6. Garuda Indonesia reserves the right to terminate the GFFprogram at anytime with or without notifcation.

    7. Garuda Indonesia cannot be held liable for any loss arising

    rom the termination or changes in the GFF program.

    15. Others

    1. Replacement of GFF membership card due to damage, loss or

    negligence o cardholder or card data change requested bymember will be charged as ollows:

    a. Rp 50,000 for card replacement in Indonesia

    b. US$ 10 for card replacement outside Indonesia

    2. In the case o loss o Award Ticket or Upgrade Award

    (manual tickets), Garuda Indonesia Sales Oce may issue a

    new Award Ticket or Upgrade Award, upon presentation o

    police document and all other necessary requirements. Thereplacement will be charged in accordance to the prevailing

    rates for Replacement Fee.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    1. I have completed the GFF application form. When do I get my

    GFF Card ?

    Your GFF Card will be processed ater you have made at

    least one eligible ight and your registration data have been

    recorded at the GFF database. When ready, your GFF Card will

    be mailed to your correspondence address. It would take aminimum o 4 (our) weeks or processing and mailing until you

    receive your GFF Card.

    2. What is the purpose o the temporary card on the application

    orm ?

    You will use the temporary card each time you make a ight

    activity in order to record your mileage, beore you are

    assigned a permanent GFF membership number and received a

    permanent GFF card.

    3. What is my password to login to the GFF website ?

    I this is your frst login to the GFF website, use your GFF

    membership number as User ID and your date of birth(ddmmyyyy) as your deault password. Members who register

    online through the GFF website create their own User ID and

    Password at the time o registration or uture login. I you

    changed your password and then orget what it was, click the

    forget password icon on the GFF home page. A new password

    will be created for you and mailed to your e-mail address. Or,you could call GFF Center and ask our sta to make a new

    password or you.

    4. What should I do i I lost my GFF Card ?

    Contact GFF Center or Garuda Indonesia Sales Oce to get a

    replacement card. You will be charged a replacement ee o

    Rp 50,000 (fty thousand Rupiah) in Indonesia or US$ 10 (ten

    United States Dollar) outside Indonesia.

    5. Why is it that my ight data is not recorded so that I dont

    receive the mileage in my account ?

    An un-recorded ight activity may be due to several reasons.

    You forgot to mention your GFF membeship number andname when making your ight reservation, or you did not

    present your GFF card at check-in.

    The name you use when making ight reservation is

    dierent rom the name in your GFF card and in the GFF

    database, so the system does not recognize your data.

    The mileage may not also be credited to your account

    i your ticket or ight does not qualiy or Award Miles,

    or instance in the case o discount tickets or code share

    ights.

    6. I dont have sucient Award Miles to be exchanged for anAward Ticket, can I make up the dierence by cash payment or

    any other means ?

    No, you cannot pay cash to make up for insucient Award

    Miles. But there are ways to obtain Award Miles rom non-ight

    activity, such as:

    exchanging the Reward Point from a Partner Bank using the services at a Partner Hotel

    making a purchase at Garuda Shop on board or at the GFF

    Center.

    7. On my previous ight, I forgot to mention my GFF membership

    You can still credit a missing mileage i you make a claim

    within 6 (six) months at the latest from your ight date. Please

    complete a Missing Mileage Form, attach the original boarding

    pass and passenger ticket coupon or itinerary receipt e-ticket,

    and forward to GFF Center or Garuda Indonesia Sales Oce. We

    will process your claim within a minimum o 4 (our) weeks aterthe reseipt o the completed claim documents by GFF Center.

    8. Can I make a mileage claim or ights made prior to joining the

    GFF program ?

    No, you can only earn mileage rom subsequent ights ater

    your registration data is recorded at the GFF database.

    9. Can I earn mileage if I make a code share ight ?

    You can earn mileage rom a code share ight where Garuda

    Indonesia is the Operating Party. Likewise, mileage cannot be

    claimed or code share ights where Garuda Indonesia is not

    10. Can I process my Award Ticket or Upgrade Award via my travel

    agent or online at the GFF website ?

    At present, Award Ticket or Upgrade Award can only beprocessed at Garuda Indonesia Sales Oce.

    11. What should I do if I change my correspondence address or

    contact telephone number ?

    You can update your personal data yoursel by accessing the

    GFF website at http://g.garuda-indonesia.com, or you fll out a

    Change Address Form and forward it to Garuda Indonesia Sales

    Oce.

    12. How do I know how much mileage there is in my account ?

    To check your mileage, you can access the GFF website at

    http://g.garuda-indonesia.com, call Garuda Indonesia Call

    Center at 0 804 1 807 807, check your Mileage Statement, orinquire at Garuda Indonesia Sales Oce.

    13. If I want to cancel my Award Ticket or Upgrade Award, can I get

    my exchanged mileage back ito my acount ?

    You can redeposit your mileage back into your account i the

    Award Ticket or Upgrade Award have not been used at all.

    For detailed inormation on mileage redeposit, please see the

    Terms and Conditions, Art. 9.9.

    14. Can I change the ight schedule on my Award Ticket or

    Upgrade Award ?

    You can change the ight schedule on an Award Ticket or

    Upgrade Award, and your mileage account will be deductedby 25% (twenty ve percent) from the total mileage. However,

    if you do not have sucent mileage left for the deduction, you

    cannot make a schedule change on an Award Ticket or Upgrade

    Award. You also cannot change the ight route, ight class and

    the name on the Award Ticket. Please contact Garuda Indonesia

    Sales Oce to process the schedule change on your Award

    Ticket or Upgrade Award.

    15. Can I earn mileage on ights with an Award Ticket or Ugrade

    Award ?

    You cannot earn mileage on ights with an Award Ticket. I you

    use an Upgrade Award, you will earn mileage according to the

    economy class ticket that you buy.

    16. Can I give an Award Ticket or Upgrade Award to be used by a

    amily member or riend ?

    This is one o the advantage o a GFF membership. An AwardTicket or Upgrade Award rom your mileage account can be

    given to anyone o your choice.

    17. Can I transfer my earned mileage to the account of another GFF

    member ?

    Your GFF mileage cannot be transerred to another member

    account. However, you can exchange your Award Miles into an

    Award Ticket or Upgrade Award that can be given to anyone

    you like.

    18. Can I reactivate my expired GFF membership ?

    No, an expired GFF membership cannot be reactivated, and

    the mileage on the expired account will be nullifed. However,should you wish to rejoin the GFF program, you are always

    welcome to register as a new member.

    19. Can my earned mileage get nullied ?

    Your mileage will be valid or as long as your membership

    account remains active.

    20. How do I know i my membership is still active ?

    You can check your membership active status by one o the

    ollowing means:

    a. access the GFF website

    b. checking the validity period as printed on the GFF Card

    c. call Garuda Indonesia Call Center at 0 804 1 807 807
