Creating Principals as Social Entrepreneurs: Vision and Mission Leadership is an essential ingredient for ensuring that all of Louisiana’s children receive the education they need to succeed. Redesigning Lessons, Re-envisioning Principals (RLRP) was designed in collaboration with the LSU College of Education and the E.J. Ourso College of Business. Creating leaders who possess the courage and skills to change school cultures is our vision. The Catalyst of Reform for Public Education Program Description RLRP is one of only three state-approved alternative certification programs in educational leadership offered in Louisiana. Upon completing required programming, which runs from June 2013-December 2014, and successful completion of the School Leadership Licensure Assessment (SLLA) exam, participants are recommended for Education Leadership I certification. Program Description

RLRP is one of only three state-approved alternative certification programs in educational leadership offered in Louisiana.
