They also have twelve aluminum fins per inch, a casing finished to match the exterior of the basic unit, but no water control valve. The coils can slide out of their casings for easy field installation between the coil and the blower sections of the Figure 2 units. All of the steam coils are the steam distributing type. They have one row of 1" copper tubes, each containing a 5/8" copper tube to distribute the steam evenly along its length. The coils have eight aluminum fins per inch, a casing that is finished to match the exterior of the basic unit, but no steam valve. The coils can slide out of their casings for easy field installation and are pitched in their casings to facilitate condensate drainage. INSTALLATION 1. Refer to Table 1 and Figure 2 and select the appropriate illustration. •Figure 2 is for horizontal and vertical units with the heating coil installed between the evaporator and blower sections. Position the heating coil in (or on) the unit as shown. 2. Remove the end panels. 3. Remove and discard all shipping angles and/or screws and packing so coil is free to move within the casing. 4. Install the four nut retainers, position support angles and secure the sections together with screws as indicated. 5. Replace the end panels. REMOVING COIL 1. Disconnect the piping. 2. The heating coil may be removed from either side of the coil casing. Remove only the end panel and support angles on the side from which the coil is to be removed. GENERAL

The hot water coils can be drained and have two rows of 1/2" copper tubes.

INSTALLATION1. Refer to Table 1 and Figure 2 and select the appropriate

illustration.

REMOVING COIL1. Disconnect the piping.

2. The heating coil may be removed from either side of the coil casing. Remove only the end panel and support angles on the side from which the coil is to be removed.
