Thank You! A very big “Thank You” to all of you for the surprise 25th anniversary last Sunday night. Thank you for the kind words, for the expressions of love and appreciation. Kim and I and our family have been so blessed with our church family. I still remember the night the church voted on me twenty five years ago and Kim and I and Micah and Josh (six and four years old, respectively, at the time) stood at the front as you welcomed us into your fellowship. Kim remarked on the way home that night that even though we had just met most of you, you made us feel very much part of your family. Again, thank you.
Fruit. It is so exciting to hear about people getting saved in the different Billy Graham outreaches in town. There are still some of you holding meetings in the coming weeks. Then to see the number of unchurched people come to our Thanksgiving Dinner last Sunday night was also amazing. I saw many of you make an effort to visit with many of them. I am excited to see what the Lord is going to do with the gospel seeds that have been sown and are being sown. We need to keep praying and reaching out to some of the same people we invited to our homes and to our Thanksgiving Dinner.
I want to challenge you to include them in your Sunday school/BodyLife group Christmas parties or whatever events you may be planning. And may the Lord give us the joy of seeing the people we are reaching out to get saved.
Lakan Mariano

In just a few weeks, House of Faith will be
providing Christmas gifts for about 1600 chil-
dren and youth who attend House of Faith
programs. For many of these children it is
either the only or the most significant
Christmas gift they will receive. Your sponsor-
ship donations will pay for the gifts we will
provide at the Christmas parties held during
December. The names on the HOF board in
the foyer are of those students who attend
Crockett Elementary and their younger
siblings (0-4 yrs). Please stop in the foyer today and “adopt” one or more of
these students.
